Sun Valley Collision is the best for all your collision needs! They are honest , the staff is very knowledgeable and cares about what you need and shows genuine concern for your traumatic experience! Moe is very personable and understanding Wayne and the others stay busy as well, but never make you feel less important than anyone else! The work they do is always amazing and I would not trade them in for all the tea in China!! I could say so much more, but please use them for your vehicle services, you will come out on TOP ?. I brought my vehicle to Sun Valley Collision after I was struck by another vehicle on the driver side. Terry quickly reviewed the damage and compared it to the insurance adjuster's estimate and worked closely with the insurance carrier from that point forward. The completed work on the vehicle looked great, but I must commend Terry on his communication throughout the entire process and for working seamlessly behind the scenes with the insurance carrier. I would not hesitate using Sun Valley Collision in the future.

They lost parts for my car and didnt even try to fit the new panels on properly. I asked them to fix it, they said they would and bought non genuine parts to replace the one's they lost. They are the cheapest option for a reason.

I would recommend this shop to anyone in need of body work. They are reliable and efficient. Everyone who works there is sweet and helpful. My 2020 Acura was hit while it was parked at an antique mall and I was tasked with finding a body shop. I've never had to deal with something like this but felt very comfortable from the first phone call. Terry was very helpful and always made me feel comfortable and like I made the right decision in choosing their shop. Highly recommended.

My back passenger door has not been functional for months. Dealership said it was a bad latch but quoted a crazy price. Terry quoted me a reasonable price and got the part ordered. Upon inspection when I dropped off my car he realized it wasn’t a bad latch, but a child safety lock issue that was quickly and easily resolved. I really appreciated his honesty and ability to quickly identify the real issue. I will absolutely be recommending him to friends and family and will use Sun Valley Collision in the future.

Locally owned and really knowledgeable and friendly group. These guys are focused on the customer and go above and beyond the please the customer. Really high quality work. I would not hesitate to recommend these guys.

I needed two lamps replaced on my van. I stopped by for an estimate last week and they emailed it to me within 30 minutes. I had the work done today and they completed it well and on time. Super easy to deal with, very friendly and professional.

Terry and his team are amazing!! They are straightforward and honest, which is especially helpful being a woman. I came here after I was rear ended and Terry and his team took great care of my vehicle and it looks completely brand new. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone after a collision. I used Sun Valley Collision for some scratch and dent repair. The staff were extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They discussed various option for repairs, and I am convinced they were looking at my best interest and not to price gouge me. I highly recommend Sun Valley Collision for repairs.

This is a classist business. I was up front with them about my financial situation and they took advantage of my honesty. I needed a lot of collision work done and I was told that "the boss said it's an all or nothing deal." Meaning they would only work on my car if I agreed to pay them thousands of dollars. Ridiculous and a scam. Whether or not it was your intention to be shady, Sun Valley, that's how you look in my eyes as a customer.

I highly recommend Sun Valley Collision. When I called they were very friendly and helpful so I stopped by for an estimate. As soon as I told them I wanted the buckle out of my husband's rear fender they removed one screw and fixed the problem in five minutes and didn't charge me. When we need body work we will definitely return!
