It took a year to get a table replaced that was delivered in unsuitable shape. It took a long time for the store manager to resolve the situation and their regional manager offered no help. So for a year, I suffered thru multiple deliveries with damaged replacement product. Each time, it was me the customer that had to ask for help. Their delivery service damaged atleast one table top in the process too. For the money that they charge for a piece of Gabby furniture, they should be ashamed it took a year to replace. No apologies. No concessions as promised. Just a terrible experience. You might as well shop at the clearance center, atleast you won’t pay full retail when your item arrives damaged. I’m highly disappointed in this brand and the failure of their management to rectify the situation in a timely fashion.

Very disappointed with the Superstone tops. The Superstone finish on a console table and 2 side tables bubble up in the heat, leaving permanent dimpling, uneven surface and a weathered look. This should not happen to "outdoor" furniture.

I ordered a sofa two chairs and a Ottoman. The delivery guys left seven areas on the arm and legs loose! I called them to come back to the house and please fix the seven arms and legs that were very loose. I also called the store to let them know the situation and they were too busy to answer the phone so I left a voicemail. I called the delivery guys within five minutes and found leaving my home it's been 30 minutes since I asked them to come back? Horrible service!

Forgive me if I assumed I would be greeted with a smile when I walked in to browse recently. Apparently only 2 sales people were working. The friendly one was engaged with another customer. She was very pleasant to us once we had her attention. The store was depressing. Weak inventory. Uninspiring displays. Like, Target on sale type of displays - except Summer Classics insists on charging $250 a pillow. We actually bought a $250 pillow - the quality has been good in our previous purchases. It’d be great if the in-person experience matched the marketing materials.

Just left the store. No one even bothered to talk to my wife and I. We won’t be going back.

My daughter and I went to Atlanta’s Summer Classics to get an idea of what she liked for her patio. We were immediately greeted by De Williams who asked us some questions and began our tour of the store. De was so knowledgeable of all types of furniture, made suggestions without being pushy. He gave us time to browse by ourselves and checked back in with us. De made our shopping experience enjoyable. And while we had not planned on purchasing that day , his friendly help led us to purchase an entire set of beautiful perfect for our space furniture. Ask for De when you visit!

Jennifer at Summer Classics is such an attentive and helpful designer/sales consultant. She has helped me with numerous purchases for our home and I am so happy with everything. And if something isn’t quite right, she will do everything possible to make sure we are happy.

Thanks to Tess Brancato for helping me choose my outdoor furniture and fabric for my new porch. It arrived in 4 weeks (4 weeks earlier than promised!) Great designer, great shopping experience and great delivery. Great experience all the way around. Highly recommend.

Rude sales people. Don't waste your time and based on the pictures from other reviews, don't waste A LOT of your money!

I have no problem wearing a mask and using hand sanitizer but requiring contact information for " Covid tracking " is a little too big brother to shop for patio furniture .

I spent +$20,000 on Summer Classics Provance collection for my pool deck. The paint cracked and chipped the first year. The sales person failed to mention that you cannot place the furniture beside a salt water pool. I contacted the showroom and the company owner but they refuse to address the issue. Woodard makes better quality furniture at a more reasonable price point.

I purchased the Summer Classics Provance furniture for my pool deck. The sales person failed to mention that you cannot place the Provance collection by a salt water pool. The furniture has cracked and chipped. I contacted the showroom and the owner of the company and they refuse to address the issue. I am left with very expensive horrible looking pool furniture. Woodard makes quality furniture at a more reasonable price point and it does not crack and chip. Do not waste your money on this brand. Terrible customer service.
