Love Trummie State Farm - especially Mackalie Hadley. She always does a terrific job and has wonderful attitude. Due to two recent car accidents (hit a deer and rear ended in another) and purchasing a car for our 16 year old, I’ve had A LOT of interaction with Mackalia this past year. She hadn’t steered me wrong yet. She spent extra time figuring out the best way to put our new driver on our policy and educated me in how to claim against the driver who rear ended us do that we did not have to pay the deductible. She is always a pleasure to speak with and I never have to ask her twice for anything - she’s on it! Highly recommend.

I have had Stare Farm for years and have been happy with their service. Tyler has been so helpful to me. Always polite and professional. I feel like he always looks for the best way to save me money and that makes me happy. You cannot go wrong dealing with Tyler.

I have been with State Farm for many years now, always with this agents location. I have had amazing experiences with the staff there but Tyler Browning has been my go to person for several years and will continue to be. He's professional, knowledgeable, empathetic and extremely personable. I am able to discuss things in detail with him and he's never once made me feel like I'm inconveniencing him. He has gone above and beyond and I cannot express enough how much of a difference that makes.

I have had some sort of insurance with Trummie Patrick since 1976 when I moved to Atlanta. This office has been so amazing in paying claims through the years, and I need insurance again. I wouldn’t consider looking any further than Trummie’s office.

Don't know how to correspond with your customers own accidents that are not their faults. Way too high for insurone progressive cheaper. They say they're gonna call you and they don't they call the other person. And if you have an accident it's not your fault.They still upon your insurancharles. They don't want to fight For you to get your money back. They don't want to fight for you.When the other person hits you they want to fight for the other person. After everything's done with me with this company i've gone. Yal don't gave a dam about your customers. From 1/28 out now 4-1 2024 no help on getting us any money for a another Vehicle.even a rental. Iam looking around for another insurance company.

Best auto insurance agency that I have ever engaged with. Dawn and Rachael are both very knowledgeable, experienced, detail oriented and extremely pleasant to work with. If there is a discount available, they will go out of their way to see if you qualify.
