Be careful with the big washer machines…make sure they actually start properly before you walk away. Besides that HOT dryers and clean laundromat that gets the job done. Make sure you download the app. It makes it so convenient!

Very large space with lots of machines. The prices are fair and we can get in and get out within 2 hours including the folding. Lots of space to fold as well. Vending machines. Wifi is fast. The outdoor seating area is nice if you dont want to wait inside but does need to be updated and cleaned up a little. Overall this is our preferred space and the hours are awesome for avoiding big crowds.

The first thing you notice when you walk in is how big Splash is. Then the number of washers and dryers they have. And finally how clean everything is. The people that work there are friendly and very helpful.

I came to the facility to drop off my clothes for overnight Washing and folding. I came back not the next day but the day after and saw that my clothes had not been touched. The lady behind the counter said, and I quote , “The black guy did not come in to do your clothes. He did not finish and has to come back tonight at 5 PM”. I was appalled by that comment and asked for a discount not because of the comment, but because of the delay. I had already made my decision to never do business here again but they already had my money. She told me that I could get a refund or take my clothes back. I asked about Getting a discount, she said no discount will be given. She Said she called and my voicemail was not set up, which is not true since my work number is also my cell phone number never used it for 15 years. This place does not deserve your business. There are plenty of places to go that are better and not racist. Disgusting Business practices. Do not go here

Most well-kept, sparkling clean laundromat I've ever seen. Staff on duty are very helpful, constantly attending the facility. I come here every so often to launder my bedding. Safe area.

Great place but don’t listen to when they say last wash is they close when they want to and will threaten and scream at you overall affordable machines and great vending machine options super super clean great place to go!

Horrible customer service. Site clerk Alma refused to offer any assistance or provide owner contact info when the quarter machine ate my bill. Not even a half-hearted "sorry", just a flat refusal with a side of attitude. I asked her if she at least wanted to post an out-of-service sign to which she nonchalantly responded, "Why?". She clearly could not be bothered.
