This auto service shop has a very honest and hard working staff, they don’t try to get you to do a bunch of repairs you don’t need, no fluff, just simple and direct problem solving. The prices are extremely hard to beat considering the quality of service and the work ethic of the team at Smith Tire. These are very good people who will treat you right, and never fail to go above and beyond to make sure that your vehicle is completely safe to drive. I think the phone call lasted maybe 15 seconds. I looked at the reviews and seen that these people were so “helpful” so I was excited to call and have the same experience but I got cut off when I was asking for help on a tire size. I didn’t have all the number and he cut me off and told me that it doesn’t help him at all. I’m taken back because the reviews said they were the most knowledgeable but that wasn’t my experience. I had called over several places and none of their reviews said how knowledgeable they were but they all were able to look up my tire size. I’m just gonna assume they didn’t want they money or have the tools to look for my tire size

Dropped in w my son to replace a couple of ATV tires. The guys helped teach my son how to do it himself and refused payment. Fantastic guys, great service, and my son learned a good lesson he can use later!
