Amazingly wonderful experience ! I had been looking for a colorist that could help me embrace the gray without having to wait forever for it to all grow out.
I entered with yellow strands of blonde and 4 months of gray root growth. and left with a great color that makes the transitioning of growing out the gray not as noticeable.
If you are looking for masters of their trade. Christian and Adam are miracle workers.
By far the best salon experience I have ever had.
I will be returning to see them. Very much worth the drive from Newnan, Georgia to Roswell.

I've been going to Adam, one of the owners of Salon Arcaro, for several years. He's a master stylist and his expertise regarding cut, color, updos, extensions and other complex styles is impeccable. He listens to his customers and advises them as needed so they walk out of the salon feeling like a million bucks.
The Salon Arcaro staff is very friendly, professional and caring. They and Adam have the client’s best interests in mind and the overall salon experience is amazing. If you’re looking for a new hair salon, look no further. I’m grateful to have found this salon.

I don’t know what I did to deserve the spectacular service I got. Im fairly new to the salon but I have NEVER gotten service from a salon so amazing before. I came in with the hardest color to lift (jet black box dye). Emily and Adam stayed for 7 hours (4 past close) just to make my hair look absolutely beautiful. Emily is so sweet and personable and really truly cares about her clients and I would recommend her to anyone!!! She did a beautiful job lifting my hair color and worked tirelessly make me happy. She deserves the world! Also, I’ve never met a salon owner who cares more about his clients than Adam. He didn’t have to stay until 12 at night but he listened to me talk about my life and understood how hard my financial situation is and gave me 2 products for free and dropped the price of my service tremendously. I left the salon crying because I couldn’t understand what I did to deserve that. I genuinely cried!

This was our first time visiting this salon. My daughter received a haircut and highlights, her sister brought her there for her appointment. Her stylist did an awesome job however when I saw her at home it wasn’t exactly what she was wanting as far as color. I took her back up there the same day to see if we could schedule her for more highlights. The owner, Adam, took her right back and added more highlights. He was so sweet and just wanted my daughter to be happy with her hair! Everyone there was extremely nice and helpful. My daughter left absolutely loving her hair! Thank you for taking such good care of her, we will definitely be back and will be recommending your salon!

Was there on Saturday for a bit of a trim and to add long layers. I have thick hair and asked the stylist to thin the back out a bit. He said it would be too tough to comb my hair wet so he blow dried it and cut it dry. After I got home, I realized he did not just layer it and thin it out a bit. He cut off 2/3 of my hair! All the fullness of my hair is gone! I should have known something was wrong when two other stylist started watching how much he was cutting with the thinning shears. One even stepped forward and asked what number shears he was using.
If you have thick hair (no, I don’t have curly hair) I do not recommend. You’ll leave here with about 1/3 of your hair. Beyond disappoint that I had to pay well over $100 to loose so much of my hair. Stylist clearly lacked in experience.

I tried this salon out for the first time yesterday with a very specific vision as my wedding is coming up. Audrey delivered exactly what I wanted with very natural looking blonde highlights. Awesome experience and I will definitely be back!

I got my hair done here sometime ago by Adam. I asked for his professional opinion on if I should get highlights or a balayage and how light I should go for, and he answered all my questions in a professional manner. It's reassuring to have a stylist who can help me make decisions about my hair because I definitely do not know much about hair and what would look good. The salon itself is so neat and clean and the stylist team are all so kind. I got a balayage and it looked amazing. I was nervous at first because I have middle eastern hair but Adam took that into account and knows how to work with it. Thank you all for a great experience!

Vivian is incredibly talented. I walked in with salt and pepper hair and walked out with the most gorgeous, multidimensional, copper red hair, with a terrific, flattering haircut. Vivian is super sweet, fun to hang out with and attentive to you. I'm an actress who went to several bougie salons for many years in Los Angeles , and honestly, she's better than all of them. A stylist who can do a great cut AND color is a FIND. Trust me, she knocks it out of the park.

Great service and atmosphere!
Stylist: Melissa was my stylist and she did a fantastic job at working with the pictures I provided in combination with my explanations with what I wanted. The color she got exactly down to what I wanted which I was nervous about. My haircut was also super good and I have had many bad experiences, as my hair is thick and wavy, plus my waves start at the root on the back of my head. She also is very warm and friendly which makes the experience that much more enjoyable!

Huge shoutout to Vivian on my last haircut. I’m not one who has great hair but after my last visit, I’ve had strangers come up to me to say they loved my haircut. I need to get some of her business cards to start handing out. Vivian is a first class master of all things hair. Love this lady as well as the whole salon staff. An enjoyable experience everytime I’m there.
