Absolute garbage! 4 days later and no signs of my meds. Called and canceled the entire transaction. For a few bucks saved it’s not worth the time you’re wasting and life you’re risking. Go with Publix!

This pharmacy needs to go back to communication skills. I have been waiting for a script to be filled for to weeks, I understand that a PA was in place, but letting the patient know a timeline or keeping updated is a bare client care.Every time I called they kept saying “oh it only takes 2 days” yet I have waited 2 weeks with ZERO contact on their part.If this is patient care the Roswell Pharmacy way… run the other way!!!

Roswell pharmacy makes ordering medicines SO easy. They apply coupons for you, without even having to ask. Free delivery! I mean seriously, nothing more you could ask for from a pharmacy. All the staff is so friendly as well. This pharmacy is awesome!

I missed a call from a delivery person since they couldn’t get into my apartment complex for delivery. They called at 1:42pm and I was in a meeting so I didn’t answer; they also didn’t leave a voicemail. I received at text at 1:44 from the pharmacy asking for the code to get into my complex gate. I responded at 1:45 with the code and tried to call them back. By the time I got ahold of someone and they contacted the driver, the driver said they were too far away and I had to wait until the next business day (in 4 days since it’s a holiday weekend). The business itself might employ understanding people, but whoever they contract for driving/delivery are absolute a**holes.

They promise to have your medicines in “24 hours”, at least that’s what the dr told me. As a medical professional who knows how things work I was already hesitant when he suggested sending my sons scripts here vs my usual pharmacy. I figured the practice was getting some kind of kickback for using them. Against my better judgement I said ok. Here we are a week later and I still don’t have my sons medicines. They were finally supposed to arrive today but have been delayed until tomorrow even though they were packaged and “shipped” yesterday. Now they were packaged and shipped today. Absolutely unacceptable. The only positive is the people who work there are nice and canceled my order when I requested, but funny how they were able to do that since they had already shipped?? Stay far away.

AMAZING PHARMACY I had to call in a prescription over the phone the other day and one of the techs named Sarah had took my call. she was so much help! Very patient and vVERY helpful to me and my grandmother! Definitely recommend this pharmacy to anyone in town.

This pharmacy solicits doctors to write prescriptions "exclusively" for them to deliver. I reluctantly allowed this to happen. I have everything delivered to my place of work. I have NEVER once had an issue receiving deliveries from anyone else. The first two deliveries I did receive, just later than promised. The third delivery was delivered to a building that does not remotely even look like mine and was obviously their error. The pharmacy staff asked me outright if there was a possibility it was stolen. Once they finally showed me the picture of the wrong delivery location I sent them a picture of the correct one. The Pharmacist then got on the phone said that going forward they just weren't going to deliver to business addresses. As if the incompetence of the people they use is in some way my fault and should inconvenience me going forward.... smh
