Hello and would like to leave a few words of my recent visit to infinity of Roswell I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Gabe Palma who explained to me of what to expect of my service appointment and how long it would take and would explain to me about what is happening and what I will need to replace in the future all with a smile and excellent customer service the whole time I was there and at no point was I pressured in to any type of service which is a nice change I will look forward to doing my business with infinity of Roswell for years to come thank you again Gabe , till next time kind regards, Derek Quinn

My husband and I had a great experience with Jennifer Townsend. She is a very professional salesperson and very knowledgeable. It was the fastest and the most accurate car-buying experience I have ever had. This places is amazing! My family has owned a few Infiniti’s and most dealt with the Marietta and Augusta dealerships for service and maintenance. Our last few times dealing with Marietta was less than subpar. I got in touch with an old friend who sold my family our first Infiniti and she pointed me in the direction of this dealership. My mom told me about the experience she had from the moment she pulled up to the time she left and the follow up on the car and returning the loaner. The dealership goes above and beyond and truly cares about the customers and their experience. I would like to thank Chris and his team for everything. My dad is away in the army and was able to put him at ease with sure amazing service. I will highly recommend this place and everyone who works here.

Kita was truly a pleasure to purchase my vehicle from. She provided white glove service and really fought to keep me on budget. The price was great, thousands less than other dealerships, and I highly recommend her. I love my new car! Thank you Kita!!

I had a great experience with Elizabeth (sales), Derrick (mgr), and Matt (finance) when purchasing my preowned Mazda CX50. They were the least pushy car dealership team I have ever worked with - and they were hilarious too which made the process much more enjoyable. The team was very knowledgeable and creative when addressing my concerns which I really appreciated. Although I did not buy new Infiniti, I would highly recommend them to anyone. It's a huge plus that they are part of a small family group of dealers rather than a big corporate chain. Overall, very pleased.

This is now the 3rd vehicle I have purchased from Dominic La Barrie and each has been a very pleasant experience. I will be back to purchase from him again in a few years and I would recommend him to anyone shopping for a new Infiniti.
