I got tired of the short chubby guy randomly walking up to me to attack me for any little thing he could make up the last few times I went, does he Target women or does he only target me? I abided by the rules never did anything to violate any rules I did the same stuff everybody else was doing!

This experience was frustrating and disappointing. I must have gotten a station that was malfunctioning. To get started, you put 12 quarters in the slots, turn the dial to select the type of fluid, and pull the trigger on the handle to get started. You have 4 minutes. I’ll add that I actually took the time to read all the instructions since I had not been here before.
I selected soap and for nearly 2 minutes got only water before the soap solution came through. After another minute, I decided to rinse, but switching to water still gave me soap. 30 seconds left & no water, only soap, so I switched to clear coat. Still soap. At 10 seconds left, I got some clear coat.
I drove 15 minutes home and my car was covered in a dried, milky film with dried, milky drips and no cleaner than when I started.
It was so bad that I had to get out the hose and a sponge and wash the entire car to get the soap and ‘clear coat’ off, plus the dirty residue that I’d gone there to clean in the first place.

Visit this place twice a week. Great wash. Would be 5 stars if the drying situation could be improved. The current handheld dryers are ineffective and a waste of money.

The station I swiped my card at leaked half of the water before it came out of the pressure washer. And the nozzle of the pressure washers is a nice jagged piece of metal, so be careful not to scratch your car. Not worth whatever they charge(there is a $10 charge on my card for 3 minutes)

Car spa no longer has full service-just a basic drive thru car wash with higher prices. They offer you free vacuums-which are so weak-they don't suck up one speck of dust. I won't be back. Too many other places that at least have vacuums that work.
