We worked hard to find a right car and when we did we took it in to Roswell auto center for pre-purchase inspection and they failed the car right away claiming it won’t pass emissions and the dealer erased the codes… etc. at first we thought we dodge a bullet and thankful. However thinking very hard after a few days and going back to the same car and the history report and the good reputation of the dealer. We took the same car to the dealership for getting a second opinion. To our surprise it pass the inspection with flying colors. When we asked them regarding the codes they explained that the dealer has put a new battery and they showed us the new stickers on the battery still attached. They also drove the car to make sure there are no codes and of course they did not find any. When asked the dealership regarding why they didn’t mention anything about putting a new battery they simply said since we were getting it inspected any good knowledgeable mechanic will see a brand new battery when inspecting the car. We waited 1 month to leave this review and I can tell you that we are soooo glad we purchased this very same car that they told us is not good! This is what we came to understand. It’s Roswell auto center intention to only worry about their 5 star review and you can easily get that by simply scaring off a customer especially if not one of their regular ones.

Unfortunately it is hard to find an establishment especially an auto repair shop that is honest and affordable. Well the search is over because Roswell Auto Center is all of that and reliable. I will definitely bring all of my vehicles here and I highly recommend you do the same.

Ty is the best! I will be requesting him by name the next time I come in for an oil change or emissions check. I have been using Roswell auto since I bought my first car and had an inspection done. I have always have a nice experience with hardworking and honest people who always leave my car in better shape than when I brought it in. But Ty blew me away with his customer service and the time he spent going above and beyond. I had been avoiding spending my weekend at the auto center so when I had a short wait time for an oil change and was able to get in and out on a Saturday I was more than appreciative. But what blew me away was when I got my keys back from a simple oil change,Ty mentioned he had filled my tires after he noticed the light was on and even helped me get a paint swipe off my car! I have never had better service at any company and I hope the owners and Ty’s superiors know how amazing he is and how rare it is to find hardworking young employees who care about their jobs. Thank you Ty!
