I visited your store this morning with the intention of purchasing a simple product, but unfortunately, my experience was anything but pleasant. The gentleman and lady on the registry were incredibly rude and unhelpful. Despite informing them of what I was looking for, they were unable to assist me, and I ended up finding the product on my own.
When it came time to pay, I was met with even more disrespect. Both the gentleman and the lady were engrossed in their personal conversation, completely ignoring my presence. They rudely directed me to another register, where they continued their conversation, blatantly disregarding my attempt to complete my purchase.
The lack of professionalism displayed by your team members is unacceptable. I urge you to review the security footage from this afternoon to witness firsthand the appalling behavior of your staff. This experience has left me deeply disappointed, and I sincerely hope that you take swift action to address these issues. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy, and it is clear that your team members are failing to uphold these basic standards.
