Professional, pleasant and most importantly, very well informed about all ACA compliance issues for businesses both small and large. Stays current with the changes in the law. Creative in looking for solutions, and very responsive to any issues that come up.We have been working with Deborah Reed since 2018 to put together an efficient and compliant health benefit program, which is currently offered to about 2600 employees in 4 states with good results.I wholeheartedly endorse Deborah and her team to any business in need of insurance for their employees.

I've used Reed Insurance Group for the past 5 years for my medical practice. Deborah Reed is the best. I've got her cell phone number and she is there to answer any questions on the phone, or meet in person, whenever the need arises. We run our medical, dental, vision, disability, life and all of the insurances for the company through her. I've got 25 employees in my surgical hair restoration practice and med spa, and it's been smooth sailing for the entire time. I recommend Reed Insurance Group without reservation to any other business owners who are looking for excellent insurance quotes and even better service. No kidding.

We have been with Reed Insurance Group for over 2 decades now. Deborah and Bibi have always been supper attentive to our needs, and details to our policy changes. They are always quick to answer any policy questions, or even just in general questions. Not only do they do Health but they have the life policies also. We highly recommend them!! We have worked with Deborah and her office for 5 years now. They provide complete insurance option to the entire staff at Anderson Center for Hair and Anderson Aesthetics. They are always so helpful and easy to work with. I am certain they do much more than what they technically have to do for me. Every time I have questions, concerns or confusion they are right there to assist me until it is resolved. During open enrollment and before they listen very closely to what our staff liked and did not like to find us the plan options that are the best fit for us and then assist in explaining any changes to the staff. I am so glad we found Deborah and her team!

I cannot say enough good things about Deborah Reed and the Reed Insurance Group. I am the Office Manager at The Szikman Dental Group, a 2-dentist 4-hygienist general dental practice, and I've worked at this practice for 25 years. From 1991 to 2013, we were covered under the Georgia Dental Association's umbrella medical coverage through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Georgia. It was decent insurance, but it went up and up and up until eventually, it was cost-prohibitive for a lot of our staff members. My former supervisor Linda put us in contact with Deborah Reed, who shopped around for competitive rates for a group medical plan for our office. She found an excellent plan through Humana, and has followed through every year since 2013 with updating our plan, making sure we were paying the lowest rates with the best coverage, and staying available for questions if we needed it. My husband's company dropped their group medical insurance in 2014 in light of the Affordable Care Act, and Deborah was able to assist me in finding a plan for him that didn't bankrupt us. His company realized two years later that they really needed to carry group medical, so we were able to get off the supposedly "affordable" medical insurance we were paying on our own and get him back on an employer-sponsored plan. But I would not hesitate to employ Deborah's assistance again if I needed it. We are so blessed to have her help at our office! In addition to the fact that she does all the legwork for you, she's highly competent at what she does, incredibly intelligent, very personable, and just a joy, pleasure and delight to work with. Reed Insurance Group is top notch!
