Bought gas. Needed to use the restroom. It was closed for cleaning. I knocked to ask if I could use it and the employee was super rude and a total perk. Worst customer possible in that situation.

Floor was disgustingly sticky by the drinks. I told the associate and he literally said oh well if i clean it again its just gonna be dirty right back…. Then proceeded to not clean and ring me up for my stuff. This establishment clearly is unprofessional and they dont care about their customers or their needs. 0/10

Unexpectedly closed - again! A truly awesome location with great food, amazing coffee, and a nice little seating area. Sadly - this “24 hour” location is (yet again) closed. As I was leaving an employee was taping notes to the doors and told me next staff won’t be coming in, so the store will be closed. So many customers now finding a locked door. Probably hundreds (thousands?) of dollars in lost sales because someone in leadership can’t figure out how to keep a store staffed. Unfortunate.

If you’re like me and work on the road and only use Qt or RT bathrooms bc they are typically the cleanest… I can assure you that this location is not the one… it appears the Employees are eating in the bathroom instead of cleaning it, on the changing table-with feces on floor at that?! This is the nastiest RaceTrac I have ever been too and highly recommend choosing a different location.

Closed at 11:30 pm on a Thursday. If you say on google your open 24 hrs you can’t close. Come on guys this is not that difficult, be better.

Men's and Ladies room were in poor condition I've never felt so dirty being in a bathroom my wife was appalled by the way the bathrooms were y'all gone downhill and your customer service I'll just use QuikTrip

I've stopped here quite a few times to get gas and use their restroom. It's kept up nicely with the bathrooms always being clean when I've had to use them.

In the day time, it's a fine place to get gas. However I've come to conclude the night/ early morning staff take advantage of the safety policy and close so they don't have to deal with customers. Theres 4 cars parked outside, none of them occupied and I see more than one associate inside

Red tagged fire extinguishers and packed full trash cans, seriously not surprised. Good to know racetrack cares about the safety and cleanliness of their stores. I think I will just stick to QT from now on.
