Lazy, slowly, not willing to help. Every time you should wait 30 min minimum, even if there is no one

Most excellent helpers and pharmacists!

Pharmacy is grossly incompetent. I was the only person in line yet still waited 10 mins before I was even acknowledged, then another 7 mins for the pharmacist to bother checking if my medication was in stock… it wasn’t.

Extreme long wait. Especially in drive thru. I was second in line and waited over 25 minute … left

Efficient, responsive, timely, and respectful. Last thing one wants to deal with when sick is issues at the pharmacy, like I always did with CVS. Couldn't be happier with the switch to this Publix. Thank you for your hard work and service.

Publix has a deli. The deli has bread. Bread to make subs with. And when one begins to feel that ever familiar pang of hunger towards the end of a long week...wistful and longing for something such as hmm let's see....mayhaps a sub? Where does one venture too? Ahh yes, the convenience of Publix. And their deli, with the bread. But alas, not today satan! Upon my arrival I am told no, no bread to fulfill my sandwich dreams. A tragedy. Truly shocking, even more so when arriving and seeing with my own *hungry eyes* a sub being made. But no....not for me. The forbidden sandwich. The disappointment that fills the void where my hunger once was now fills me with rage. So here I am, distraught and frustrated. And might I add, breadless. Yours truly, hangry.

This has always been my go to pharmacy, however, as of late they have gone through a restructure and I plan to move. Who were once quick and above board and schedule, have now devolved and been replaced with a handful of "techs" who have the combined IQ of a hamster. There is a kid, I don't think older than 18 or 19 who is a more competent tech than every other new hire combined.I have wasted vast amount of time waiting in line to: "Whoops no it isn't ready, we cant call in till 4 days+ later. Let me get another busy tech to check to make sure I am not just incompetent."Whoops, turns out you were wrong, and incompetent. I feel bad for the handful of good employees that have two braincells to rub together as a person who has worked retail for numerous years, having two+ albatrosses make you want to quit and lash out at your basic customers. It must be even more painful as pharmaceuticals require you to have skills and an education and yet still working with rotating door 10ish dollar an hour workers who won't be there in a week.

Western Union has the worst customer service, I send money all the time but to receive money there's always a problem and I received the worst attitude from the cashier! They will not be receiving my money or my families money anymore!

Staff member Octavia is so sweet and amazing. I really appreciate her thoughtfulness. I noticed a negative review below from a customer complaining about the staff and that is a shame because the staff at this location are so nice and friendly and I don't think they should receive any criticism for that. Especially these days. Kindness is important

Why is it that the wings are so hairy and feathered? It’s not just this location…. It’s not like they are $2/lb… why should I have to pluck the chicken after it’s been cooked.

Deli food is good. This is a bigger store so there's more grocery options

This is the most obnoxious Publix. Not so much the store as it is some of the employees. I guess they are trying to be friendly or they're just the most obnoxious people in the world. I live close by and forced to frequent this location a lot more then I'd like to. There are a few cashiers who I avoid at all costs. I'd rather wait in a long line with peace and quiet then to subject myself to the overly friendly creepy people just to avoid the five minutes of questions and comments and "jokes" about my purchases. Who is training them to analyze, talk about, tell their experience and opinion of every item before ring it up. I would never complain about clerks being friendly. I love friendly service but they way these people talk and talk and ask questions is annoying AF.

Worst Publix I've ever been in. Spent 15 minutes in line behind one person trying to get an order. When an employee asked me if I was being helped, I said no and she walked away never to return. I went to another section of the deli for help, since there were multiple employees there not working, and was yelled at by a random off shift Publix employee and was told "all Publix are this slow!!!" Even with the employees out numbering the customers they cannot get their job done
