I was greeted but not served. The male customer service rep made it a point to look at my purse to see the brand. If he liked it ok, but I got a super snooty vibe from him that said because it wasn't a high end luxury bag that I wasn't worthy of being helped. Next time I'll be sure bring my Louis Vuitton bag... Oh wait... There won't be a next time!

Jesse Luong at Progressive Lighting is amazing! He helped me find the perfect lighting fixtures for my home and provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process. We had a new build and needing lighting for every room. I was so overwhelmed and he helped me one room at a time and really looked at my photos etc to find the perfect fixtures for the entire house. He promptly emailed, texted etc and made sure everything was PERFECT. . He was knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with my purchase. I highly recommend Jesse to anyone in need of lighting solutions. Thank you, Jesse, for your outstanding service!

Five stars for Progressive Lighting! We purchased several fixtures from them about a year and half ago. One of the ceiling fans stopped working. Jesse, our salesperson, helped me troubleshoot and when nothing was helping they sent a technician out to investigate. The Ceiling fan had a bad receiver and they replaced it for me at no cost. Great customer service!

They do not answer the phone and there is literally no one in the sales floor to help you. A nice selection, you just need to order what you like online!

We visited the store several weeks ago and I was shocked at how busy they are! It was really great to be able to see all the different lights and options - covers every light you could ever imagine needing in a home. They also offer several lines (value to extravagant) based on your budget.Someone did come by to offer to help but we were just browsing. My only knock on this location is limited parking upfront that was filled with Progressive trucks and work vans.

This was the easiest, most pleasant shopping experiences I’ve had in a long time. Our salesman was informative and efficient, and the store was well stocked with the items we wanted. If only the rest of our renovations were going this smoothly!
