Over a period of two+ weeks I reached out to Hennessy to schedule my car for service. Left numerous voice mails, submitted online requests, including scheduling an appointment online - the form has a check box for someone to call you - they never did. I received an email two days before my scheduled appointment that it had been canceled! No reason given. I immediately responded to the email - it was sent to my assigned service advisor, 3 days later no one has responded. Could just be that I got them at a bad time but if this is the way they respond for regular service, I can only imagine how they would respond if I had an urgent need. Disappointing!

service department is very inconsistent and takes no responsibility for their mistake. i would not recommend you use Hennessy Porsche service. Among problem: 1) unable to easily get an appointment 2) no call back when scheduling appt. 3) inconsistent service quality 4) arrogant service manager unable to accept his departments mistakes 5) lacks professionalism-GM never calls messages for him back Really consider other service options

went in to schedule appointment for repair under extended warranty. service writer could not find my info in their system. went home to verify my warranty paperwork and call them back with the information. have made several attempts to contact service including voice messages but no response for any one at Porsche

This review was in regards to a service appointment I had this week. I was bringing my brother's old car (2016 Cayenne being used as an emergency vehicle) in for intermediate servicing and getting everything checked up. They did the 80k miles servicing even though the car has less than 48k miles because it's older now. Joel Hughes was my service advisor and I have to say that this dealership has one of the best, most thorough service departments I've ever seen. He walked me through the whole process of what would happen, sent me the corresponding recommendations as well as vehicle inspection and recommended items to address. Since I don't own a Porsche this was a totally new experience. Everyone, right down to the gentleman who handled my loaner car was top notch, friendly, and professional. The loaner car was exponentially nicer than my new Honda so I basically parked it and left it in the garage so that nothing bad happened to it. The nicest loaner car ever- a Macan. Joel followed up with me and my 100 questions, helped me figure out how to set the remote garage opener feature that I couldn't, and also helped replace something that was missing in the car. I again state that I have never received such care and support. If I ever win the lottery, I'm coming here to buy a Porsche. But in the interim, I'll bring my brother's car here whenever it needs servicing. Thanks to the entire team at Hennessy Porsche!

I actually did Not Purchase a vehicle , but Juan Trejo a salesman at the dealership was absolutely amazing. Ultimately they did not have the car I was looking for but Juan was totally knowledgeable and professional. A solid choice if you are shipping a for a Porsche !

DON'T EVER TRUST THEM I was talk to 3 people Jordan Drew and Tito closed the used car 2021 GLE450 the price ok transportation ok I put the car on my insurance and I was wait for them to sent me the account and Information to sent the money and mr Tito sent me a message they sold the car it was a joke very anprofesional

My Cayenne has four recalls on it and they told me it would take 7+ days for repairs but I'm not eligible for a loaner... also bought a Taycan 4S there last year. Guess customer service is a thing of the past

Not sure about this place BUT, if you can advertise a car for sale across the country you should be able to provide electronic signatures to purchase the car across the country, RightAPPARENTLY NOT. I HAD TO FLY FROM CALIFORNIA TO ATLANTA TO PROVIDE A SIGNATURE. Even then they didn't provide a shuttle or Uber from the airport. They lost All the paperwork and a month later the banks calling me asking if I had the car with me. I'm now on a gig in the Caribbean, hopefully my car is in my driveway when I return.

When I initially came in to see if they could turn off a dash light that had come on after installing a new battery, they said that tire replacement sensors needed to be replaced, so I asked them to please let me know if my dad's car warranty had expired (because he had passed away, I didn't know) and Joel told me that it was under warranty and the work would be covered. I also told him that I was only in town for a few days and that my mom could not drive this car, so I asked if I drop it off, whether they could please have it dropped off after the work was completed, as my mom only lived about 15 minutes away, and he confirmed. Relying on this information, my sister dropped off the car 2 days later, and was again told that the work was covered under warranty, but that the cost would be $500 (and she thought that maybe that was like a deductible). No one had told me $500 when I came in for the estimate. However, then the next day, Joel calls and emails my sister stating that the cost is $2K, and it's not under warranty, it expired 2 months ago. Then they tried to charge $200 for diagnostics. This was a bunch of bait and switching and seemed like straight out lying. They told my mom that they told my sister when she dropped it off that it was going to be $2K, and she signed off on it, well then why did they call and email her to then get her to sign off after she dropped off the car? Because she had NOT signed off on it! If they had been honest with me and correct and told me that the cost was $2K when I came in, I would have had time to search out other mechanics to find out that the replacement sensors are under $100 and had the work done elsewhere. In the alternative, they should have honored the price that they told me - simply covered the sensors - instead of completely wasting our time and energy dealing with this place. Total disappointment. What's worse is that my mom thinks my dad had a bad experience with tire issues the last year of his life caused from Hennessy Porsche. The bottom line is don't trust this place unless you get quotes in writing, and I can still see them making mistakes and backing out of that. I'd like to add that this review is 100% true and is an opinion, and Hennessy Porsche has privately messaged me asking me to remove this review because it is "slanderous" - They need to get some legal advice because slanderous means that it's spoken, and this is clearly written, and it is 100% true, not libelous. I'm no Amber Heard and Hennessy Porsche is no Johnny Depp!

I give my absolute highest recommendation to Scott Hamilton of sales and Chris Velez in finance, as well as the entire team at Hennessy Porsche, for the amazing and superb jobs they have done when I have bought a Porsche car with them. I have now bought two 911 Carrera 4S cars with Hennessy Porsche, and both times Hennessy Porsche did an absolutely outstanding job! Gene McClure worked with me on the first car which I bought in 2021, and Scott worked with me on the car I just purchased. Both Gene and Scott do an amazing job of helping you design and build the car perfectly to how you want it, and explain the whole process in detail and keep you informed the whole way of designing, building, ordering, and purchasing the car. Scott is always available to answer questions and will take time to explain anything about the car or a question about a feature, no matter how minute it may be. Chris in finance has worked with me on both cars and has always worked tirelessly to get the best prices and rates, and knows and understands the importance of it just given the overall costs and investments that are involved. Both Scott and Chris have always been friendly and available to answer any and all questions, and they give genuine honest assessments of what is needed and what is probably not necessary and essential given a customer's unique needs and uses for their cars. They never try to sell any unnecessary dealership add-ons or options, and even will explain what is critical to purchase and give reasons for their recommendations, whether it is premium equipment for the car or tire and wheel protection for the car, etc. The whole staff at Hennessy Porsche is always welcoming and my parents and brother enjoyed our visit to their dealership on both occasions, and they treat you like family when you are there. Scott and Chris even have so much knowledge about just any car and vehicle on their lot and showroom, and can give you comparisons about different 911 models right on the spot if needed. Both times I have purchased my cars, the staff at Hennessy Porsche have always followed up with me to make sure that I did not have any questions, and they wanted to make sure that I was enjoying my car to the fullest. I definitely hope to be a lifelong customer with Hennessy Porsche, and they deserve the highest praise and recommendations and will exceed expectations!

Simply exceptional! Mr. Garland Helton and the Hennessy Porsche North Atlanta team made our first Porsche purchase an outstanding experience. Utmost professionals, helpful, and available to answer any questions while allowing us space to talk and spend time with the two Porsches we were eyeing. The whole process was easy and comfortable. We wholeheartedly recommend Garland Helton, Greg Jordan, John Sargent, and the entire Hennessy Porsche North Atlanta team. We travelled several hours to Hennessy Porsche where we were met by a friendly receptionist who offered us refreshments and a place to relax. She called Garland who promptly met us. He had the two Porsches we inquired about ready to drive. He offered insight into the two vehicles, and easily answered questions about the differences without pushing us towards one v. the other. During our test drive, he continued to offer information at just the right time. Garland is clearly knowledgeable about Porsches and comfortable in discussing cars. A proper representative for a proper brand and car. Messrs. Greg Jordan and John Sargent were knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Everyone we talked with at Hennessy Porsche North Atlanta was welcoming, easy to speak with, and offered a truly great buying experience. The purchasing process was painless and easy. Communication was solid, and it's comforting to know that any questions we have, post-purchase, are not only acknowledged, but answered quickly. We also received a comprehensive list of contacts for future use. We feel like this was not a transaction, but a great experience with a polished team guiding us through the course. We're still smiling and talking about our day. We found the car and experience we were looking for and can't wait to get on the road!

I purchased a car from Hennessy Porsche North Atlanta and the process was smooth as silk. My salesperson was Grant Brewer, and he was extremely knowledgeable about the car and the options, and also about what competing models had to offer. I had set up financing through my credit union, but to my surprise Chris Velez in the finance office was able to beat the rate significantly! The follow up to the purchase was both timely and helpful. I've reached out to Grant and Chris with some questions following the purchase, and the calls were returned promptly and the questions answered and issues resolved completely. I recommend Grant and Chris and Hennessy Porsche without reservation. 5 stars!
