Excellent introductory meeting and tour and signup procedure ... me through Medicare membership and wife regular then upgraded to Black Card ... machines all appear brand new and work well and easy to get help if needed ... relatively low occupancy is very nice and emphasis on non-competitiveness and absence of steroid-muscle-head types very good too ... overall experience excellent ...

The reason I really like and enjoying going there is the team/staff members! They are terrific, and great representatives for PF brand!. This includes Luis, Brandon, Chris( - should win Best Trainer in Roswell/Woodstock/Atlanta region for the year, not just one month), Eden, Katie, Andrew, Erin. They are always welcoming, personable with guests - very important in this business, plus helpful when ever needed. Please forward this very positive feedback to the District and Regional Manager. Great gym with great black card perks. The only thing that’s annoying is that while everyone is SUPPOSED TO clean the equipment after each use, many people don’t and that sucks. But all in all, great gym with nice staff and has everything we need.

I have never gone to a fitness/gym or really wanted to. I had an injury that has not been pleasant. I have had to have a lot of physical fitness therapy that was Doctor recommended. It ends after this week after 3+ months. I need more, but I want my own I direct, Planet Fitness is my answer. My conception of these fitness centers was wrong. I felt much much better when I walked in. Eric, the manager, was easy going and a great guy. The staff I have met are the same. They show you how to operate the equipment, etc. I could not ask for more. I love this place! My preconceptions were wrong, thank goodness. It is what I need. Thanks to Eric! RJ

It's a convenient location, clean and well lit. Love the natural light and high ceiling in the gym. Chris is the free personal trainer. His workouts are great and keep me motivated. I also love the Beauty Angel red light therapy machine with the vibration plate, which is not at every location.

The Planet Fitness on Roswell Road is the best. Their personal trainer, Chris is a remarkable trainer. I have been working with him for 3 years and I will continue going to PF as long as he works at this location.
