Quiet honestly, I didn't even know that Palmer DCJR existed until I was in the market for a Jeep Wrangler again. I was able to reach out via the website and was connect to a wonderful sale person named Will shortly afterwards. We literally came to an agreement over a deal via text. No hassle. No haggle. I kept my side of the deal and the dealership kept theirs. It was one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had shortly of dealing with a brand like BMW or Mercedes. I'm really enjoying the vehicle that I purchased but if I were ever in the market again, I would gladly work with Will and Palmer DCJR again.

We had a great experience purchasing a vehicle with Palmer CDJR. Our sales rep Willem was helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly and quickly so we could make it back to pick our kid up.l highly recommend purchasing a vehicle here. Most of the sales dept had been there for over ten years with speaks volumes to me about how things are run.

Can’t be more grateful of Casey and the Palmer team for putting me in a great truck at a great price. Casey made the whole experience painless and quick! Can’t say that for many dealerships. Always a good experience , my salesman Zack Jordon always takes good care of me . Very few salesman that you run across you can develop a trusting relationship with , but I feel like I have one with Zack . The rest of the crew there are very helpful as well .
