Rich from service department is great and very dedicated at the job. Had a problem on my new purchased RAM truck, 4WD service check light on, Rich got me an appointment on next Monday and get it fixed very quickly, got it covered by the warranty as well, while other dealer push me to end of December.Also found two missing screws on the fender flares for me, free Uber also quite convenient !

I dropped my car off five days ago to be looked at and haven’t heard anything from them since. I called and was told the technician hasn’t looked at it yet. Not sure why they had me drop it off if they weren’t going to be able to look at it for almost a week.

The service we get here is top notch! Luis always takes great care of our vehicle and is the best, most responsive service advisor who takes the time to explain the issues thoroughly! Also, Orlando did an amazing job at cleaning/detailing a very muddy Jeep to look brand new again. Couldn't be happier with Luis and Orlando! Would highly recommend!

Service is mediocre at best. Ordered a second key fob almost 3 weeks ago, prepaid $400 and I can't get anyone to even answer a phone call to tell me where it is. About to cancel that charge to my card if they cant answer a freaking phone.
