“I went there this morning to get some advice on a product for my vehicle and the auto care specialist who assisted me named Juan was FABULOUS!! He thoroughly explained and educated me about the issue I was having and how best to resolve it without charging a DIME!! Being a woman with very little automotive repair knowledge, I am very leery of being taken advantage of, but I felt confident and assured by Juan that he was truly helping me and very genuine in all that he advised. I am glad that I stopped there because he actually saved me some money and time! I was thinking about going to a dealership before going to Walmart’s Auto Care Center, but I just decided to stop in and ask some questions since I was already there shopping and everything worked out! I really appreciate Juan for his kindness and helpfulness this morning! I will definitely stop in again for future auto care visits!!”
