The Haworth website clearly states that Office Images Inc is a "preferred" seller of their chairs. Not sure what that means, but I'll explain what you get. If you call, you get a phone no one will answer, and messages that are never returned. If just go there, you get an empty parking lot, a locked building, and when I rang the doorbell, one employee who literally told me, "We're not a furniture store, we're a furniture retailer," or maybe he said "reseller." Either way, he told me this, holding the door half closed and then shooed me away. It was... weird, to say the least. So if you're a normal, everyday person, they won't sell to you. They won't even let you in the building. And that's fine, I understand some businesses are "not open to the public," or are "by appointment only," and I don't have a problem with that. But maybe, just maybe it would be smart if they EXPLAINED THAT on the Haworth website, OR on the Office Image Inc website, OR on their phone answering system, OR on their signs outside building, OR at the least on the front door! What an absolute clown-show.

I'm so impressed with the way Office Images Inc took care of repairing my chairs. I was impressed that Gilda was so responsive in helping navigate me to narrowing in on repairs each chair needed. She next ordered all the parts this past Monday, and this morning I had a technician (JC) here to repair everything and tighten up everything to prevent future failures. Office Images provided me with better service than Lexus gives me to repair my vehicle.
