Avoid North Point Insurance - unprofessional non-responsive customer service. I contacted North Point Insurance Group for rate quotes and spoke with the agent named Laurence Tarver. He informed me it would take a week to receive an analysis, and I provided requested information. After one week, I reached out to the agent via email for a status and received an email response from the agent that he wanted to discuss items. I spoke to the company’s receptionist, via phone, and scheduled a confirmed meeting. On the meeting day, I called the office during the confirmed meeting time and was told the agent was not available. The receptionist remembered me from scheduling the meeting with her previously and responded, “yes you had a meeting for this time.” I was told that the agent would call me back soon. After two days, I never received a call. I took no further action to follow up, clearly, I would not want to do business with North Point Insurance Group.

I had to set up a couple of new policies and fortunately came across Northpoint IG online. The glowing reviews are justified. Laurence Tarver made the process easy - he shopped around for the best prices and patiently worked with me to craft coverage that suited my needs. I also learned a lot by talking with him; Laurence is good at making you an informed consumer, which made me a lot more comfortable taking some new steps. Jason Kim at North Point Insurance was WONDERFUL to work with!
