The entire staff are exceptional and most of all caring. There is not a problem they cannot solve. When I needed assistance they gave me 100% support. Saturday I received a beautiful basket of house made products. The inspirational notes were recognized and hard warming. The hand made knitted throw was perfect and well done. If you need help just go and you will be welcomed.

This place is a hidden gem for people looking for a less picked over thrift store. Their pricing is designed to move items. The quality here is often far better than other thrifts. Please don't overwhelm this spot as I still like to come back every now and then

I'm with Taylor J (9.22.23). This place used to be a place for great treasure hunting. Now, the employees are aggressive, picking arguments, accusing customers of swapping tickets, and / or lying, and yes, they'll openly scream at you. If you complain, security comes along with the manager to intimidate. Most of the clientele, too, don't understand personal space. Pushing, snatching, hovering has happened more than once. Anyway, I won't be back.

Hard-working staff and volunteers keep hope alive for so many people who just want to have something to eat 7 days a week. Mothers who hunger for a better life for their children should not have to hunger for food. I see relieved parents walking out with bags of fresh produce, meat, and bread, and I know the world still cares.

I used to shop here all the time. But after being treated terrible by their staff time and time again, I've had enough. I've witnessed several people have problems with their full time staff. Prices are going up, staff is not friendly. Won't be back, not worth the headache.

I’ll never deal with them again, they find the smallest reason to not help. Twice they have refused food to me and my family. I hope their donors find out and go donate elsewhere

Most of the time I have a great experience, but this time not too great I came around 4:20 aware that they were closing at 4:30 while checking in my information to the lady at the desk she took my information and said I didn't have any pointswhich I knew wasn't true, I said to her I know have some point and it's not zero, so she looks again and so happenly she finds me. BUT she says make it a short order, I do understand that yes employees want to go home a decent time after work but be considerate of that fact that people come here for a reason, lying to telling me to hurry up because your ready to go is not ok.
