James was awesome. James was Awesome.He went above and beyond there was an issue surrounding scheduling, he made sure i was taken care of. There was a misunderstanding regarding a recent promotion that invited me in for a quick oil change at a price of 49.99. James stepped into a possibly explosive situation, he was calming and was the voice of reason and was able to make a solution that will keep me considering Nalley Toyota of Roswell for my next vehicle purchase or service

Jalin Craig was my service rep. He was so calm and efficient. He didn’t try to upsell me or paint a dire picture of my service needs. So I trusted him due to that. Then he anticipated that I would need a loaner and had it all ready to go before I even asked about it. My experience was extremely positive thanks to him. I’ll be back.

Went in for scheduled service. Arrived on time. Chaotic scene. Sat in car nobody came. Needed to get back to work and sick daughter. Car needed its first oil change. Been putting it off Went inside asked around nobody available. Foreseeing that I would be waiting around forever to get checked in and then no telling how long I would have to wait and get checked out. Left and went to mechanic for my other car. In and out in 15 minutes. They are way over capacity, at least on that day, Tuesday. Gregg in the Parts department is good.

The service was bad, I took my car for a general checkup that I get every 5 thousand miles and they checked it and found something wrong and I paid $179 until then everything was fine because it is normal but when they delivered my car to me when it came time to drive it it was shaking Too much steering wheel and it didn't have good alignment and before I took it, the car handled well and I came back the next day to see what was happening and they wanted to charge me $350 dollars more when the car looked bad after they inspected it and said they had to charge to pay the workers but it is a large company and it doesn't seem fair to me to pay for something that was wrong after they did the normal maintenance and inspected it and it didn't have a single anomaly... in the end I had to pay half of the cost because I didn't I could have had my car like this.. my car only has 20 thousand miles, it is a new car and they still charged me for an extra service after they inspected it.. very bad, the truth is I will never take my car there again

So glad the hours on Saturday run into the afternoon, it makes it so much easier to service my vehicle.
Matt was great, I was a bit early after a long drive and they got me in right away and let me know when my car was ready to go.
