I’ve had a great experience with Motorpoint Roswell purchasing our daughter a vehicle. We were purchasing out of state and Alyque was understanding and patient getting us through the process!!! He sent us videos of the vehicle and the vehicle was delivered to our door as promised. Highly recommend!

**ATTN: PLEASE CHECK LOWEST REVIEWS** Stay far away from this slimy joint. Unprofessional, argumentative workers who seem to derive pleasure from insulting you with their low ball prices and telling blatant lies to make a sale. The whole experience from start to finish was less than satisfactory. We had an appointment to see a luxury car and it was filthy. Would have taken less than a minute to vacuum the food off the seat. PLEASE read the other reviews. These people are scammers and thieves. Numerous complaints on BBB. Luckily we did not fall victim because my partner is very knowledgeable on cars. Terrible experience. Buy your car from anywhere else.

PLEASE UPVOTE THIS REVIEW - Worst Prices, Terrible Service, Dirty Cars
**AVOID** this dealership at all costs. Vehicles are grossly overpriced, and the staff will lie to you during the negotiation process.
I presented examples of other vehicles we were considering to Rossy, which were lower in price, had lower mileage, and better options. The vehicle we came to look at was approximately $6k over market. She then lied to my face, suggesting that vehicles I showed her are likely to have rust issues because they're up north.
I've worked in the automotive industry for over five years, and I know that vehicles with a higher likelihood of rust are by the shoreline. Thouh there could be something said for salt on roads, the geography of a vehicle is not an 18% markup.
Their sales manager, Norris, initially offered me $4k less than CarMax had offered me the same day for my trade-in and acted like he was doing me a favor by eventually oferring to match their price. This place is a scam.
Their positive reviews are false / incentivized: I'm recently learning they offer a free tank of gas for 5-stars. They have MULTIPLE documented complaints on Better Business Bureau.
After they're done ripping you off, prepare to pay hidden costs.
**UPDATE** Thanks for your note. I'm happy to address the flaws in your pricing strategy. Used car buyers aren't as impulsive as new car buyers and are less likely to be influenced by geography.
Simply put, it's less expensive for me to sell my car to CarMax, fly to a dealer in a 500 mile radius and drive back, than eat the difference of $6k. It's also cheaper to have a vehcile shipped via freight.
Do a better job of learning your customer.

Drove 3 hours to this dealership to buy my Tesla M3P after finding it online. Overall solid transaction. Had an issue with the tires and the manager, Alyque, resolved it in a timely manner and made sure the car was good to go. I love my new car!

Found the car on Car Gurus and came to look at it. Was treated very courteously by the sales team and helped along the way as we navigated trading in our car and purchasing a new one from Motorpoint. Rossy and Alyque made the whole process smooth and painless. Love our new car!

Don’t do business with them I have been trying to get my refund from my extended warranty since April they keep saying they don’t have it. The warranty company finally told me motor point cashed the check May 7 which was over 30 days ago. Now when I call to ask about my check they keep hanging up the phone.

Rossy Betancourt was amazing to deal with. I had a lot of trepidation when looking to buy a used car from a small private dealership. Then I met Rossy. She was responsive and helpful. When I first went into the dealership, I didn't purchase a car for an entire month. She never harassed me, but she did keep in touch in a professional way. When I was ready to purchase the vehicle all the paperwork was ready and I wasn't in the dealership much time at all. Even after the sale, she has been wonderful to deal with. So I could recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a quality vehicle. The entire staff was friendly, helpful and they were not pushy.
