Horrible experience.... Was treated like my money wasn't worth their service. Terminated my storage early for no reason... They said their service agreement allows them to do this. How rude and very unprofessional.... This place is ran by robots. I never seen the manager even after filling complaint. So not rent here

Easy to make reservations, and pick up your unit. The only problem I was never given a gate code to get in. Tried calling the number on the door because no one was there to speak with. They never answered even though it was within business hours. Chat too way longer than it should. But the virtual assistant was able to help right away.

Brittany was amazing the entire process. Even though the u-haul system was on the fritz, she did everything she could to make sure I was able to get my truck. Thank you Brittany, I genuinely appreciate all you did. Everyone else kinda sucked and didn't really care to try.

I like this property a lot. It's noticeably clean, well-maintained, feels safe, and is priced very reasonably. The staff is also friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help, so moving in was easier and less stressful than other storage places at which I have rented. Most recently, I had a billing issue I was confused about and after emailing their customer service, I received a response within ONE HOUR from someone named Samantha, who had fixed it for me immediately. Thanks Samantha and thanks Midgard!

The best part of renting this unit is the space size for the best price thus far. Now the space wasn't clean. One day I arrived close to closing, a couple of male workers came from the back, they didn't acknowledge the guest on the lobby, not did they speak. Very unprofessional. Now about the unit, there is a unclean smell in the building. It will be nice if they would clean and place automatic air fresheners on the floors. They also say they offer coffee, everytime I've been there, none.

I had a unit at this facility for about 4 years. Never had issues with the facility itself other than the time it looked as though someone tried to drive through the front gate. My main issue is that the rent just kept going up higher and higher to the point of being flat out ridiculous. I went and rented a similar unit closer to home for less than half the price per month with insurance. Be cautious that the initial price per month will not stay the same.

Lobo went above and beyond to assist me with an issue I was having with 2 units. He showed great compassion, and made me feel like he cared about me. In the future, I may not remember his name, but I will NEVER forget how he made me feel. Many thanks and appreciation for your kindness and support.

This company is almost openly hostile to customers. Even minor decisions are taken by analysts in the parent company which sells investments in their storage properties - so they push for every possible fee and have no regard for customers. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else, extra space is much better.

They wheel you in with great service depending on the staff but they can’t wait to raise the rental prices to something ridiculously more expensive than what it initially cost and what made you choose them in hopes you won’t want to inconveniently move all of your things (especially for larger units with bigger heavy items) and spend even more in costs just to transport and move. It’s ok for short term storing and smaller unit storage items I guess but it’s going to break your pockets over time and that’s even for the units in bad area locations. They are just entirely too expensive to not provide more with the basic unlit unit and mediocre customer service. Initial set up fees and late fees are outrageous as well. Just beware of predatory pricing . Other than that stick to smaller unit and short term storage and beware of frequent turn over in staff.

This place of business is very friendly professional and on point. I am going through very trying times with being evicted from my home and nowhere to go, the worker that attended me LOBO was and is FRIENDLY, KIND, UNDERSTANDING, AND NOTHING BUT JUST PLAIN AWESOME!!!! HE PROVIDED THE UPMOST PERFECT ON POINT FRIENDLY RESPECTFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU HAVE EVER SEEN IN YOUR LIFE!!! EVEN THOUGH I AM GOING THROUGH SUCH TRYING TIMES RIGHT NOW AND JUST WANT TO GIVE UP HE GAVE ME HOPE AND AND REFRESHED MY FAITH IN PEOPLE AND REASSURED ME THAT ITS OK TO HAVE BAD TIMES AND THAT EVERYONE GOES THROUGH THEM. LOBO TALKED WITH ME IN A WAY THAT MADE ME RESPECTED AS A WOMAN AND IT FELT AS IF I KNEW HIM FOR YEARS MY WHOLE LIFE IN FACT. HE WENT OUT OF HIS WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND HIS CALL OF DUTY. THIS STORAGE WILL ALWAYS BE A PLACE OF COMFORT FOR ME AND I WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER THE KIND CARING SELFLESS RESPECTFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECEIVED BECAUSE OF MR. LOBO!!! GIVE THE MAN A RAISE AND HIS OWN STORE!!! I WILL NEVER FORGET HIM!!!! HW DESERVES ALL THE BLESSINGS GOD CAN GIVE HIM!!! THANK YOU MR. LOBO FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART!!
