This store is poorly run, the kids working here don't care they literally have no customer service and are just out right disgusting. They are literally of no help but guess what I walked out and took my business else where. My revenge is not giving up my hard earned money.

They have promotion this month saying free activation plus also if you bring your line to Metro they said you calcified for some phones in discount when you ask we manners to store saler they start answering back with attitude and rolling that eyes saying we have to paid the phone plus activation fee plus phonesSo I said they lies about that promotion they have it

Went to go and try to trade in my phone it said they were open. 2 ladies outside asked me rudely “do you need something?”. I saw that they work there and were yelling at me being so rudely. Instead of being in their store helping customers. Will never be coming back here and would be trading my service. They were so rude. Do your job.
