Whether you’re buying a $10 watch or a 10k watch, the customer service is the same level of care. I took a friend in to get a watch repaired and to purchase another Geneva watch ($10.) the ladies were so sweet and outfitted both watches with free batteries to make sure they work. This is my go to place for all things watches and antiques!!

I had a great experience at Meridian. Customer service is wonderful and professional. The collection of jewelry and watches is pretty good and they have lovely pieces. Prices are reasonable and competitive. I went to trade in a some jewelry and at no point did I feel I was being low balled or pressured. Highly recommended!!

I was so happy with my experience with Merdian Diamond. I came to them in August of 2023 to trade in my original wedding and engagement rings for new ones. They gave me a very fair price for them. I worked with Susan and she was so very helpful and patient through the entire decision process even though I wasn't quite sure what I wanted.

I went in the other day to look at switching out stones for my ring. Susan was amazing! Not only did she sit down with me and show me multiple stones I could pick from, but she also spent her time explaining in detail everything about the difference in stones and metals. She let me see with their magnifier the difference in the stones and what the VS1, S1, etc. She explained the difference in the metal of the rings. She even helped me understand the difference between natural and lab made diamonds. I didn't know that you could change your ring from a round stone to a different stone by just changing the crown if you have what they call a "chapel" ring. She went through all the different things I could do so I can make it everything I have ever dreamed of! 10/10 highly recommend! I am super grateful for Susan.

Susan was a massive help to designing a look for an unconventional wedding band set. She is highly creative and knowledgeable. They have a wonderful built in warranty that other stores charge $300 for. Will definitely use them for future service and design needs.

Roswell’s best kept secret!!!! This place is a true gem. I actually came in contact with Nancy and this place through Facebook. Nancy was so warm and efficient. There was a ring I saw and wanted to purchase without going to the store. Nancy said no she’d would hold it until I get there.She was warm and very nice. And even let me tell her my love story behind the jewelry. The ring I purchased was a little snug, but she adjusted in the spot.I will be coming back again and again!!!!

I recently posted a bad review due to a misunderstanding. But my bank gave me back my money and Roger cleared up what was going on. So no harm no foul. Hopefully we can do business in the near future as I hear this business is a good one and very fair.

I absolutely love this jeweler! I've been buying from Roger for years. I wouldn't go anywhere else - I trust him completely.His sales team is experienced, knowledgeable, always delighted to help and extremely professional.I used to shop at Brown & Company but they broke my opal ring when I took it in for a loose stone. They refused to replace it or give me a refund of any kind. Buyer beware!

If I could give 10 stars I would. We went to Meridian on a friends recommendation. She said "Nancy will take care of you". She couldn't have been more correct. Nancy spent hours with us helping us pick out the perfect setting to update my ring of 20 years. Roger and Nancy are both so knowledgeable, down to earth, and most importantly trust worthy. I highly recommend this Jewlery place to buy new, refresh, or fix some old. Great customer service with beautiful things. Thank you Roger and Nancy. We will recommend to our friends as well.
