“We love this store and visit often in every city we go. The folks in this store are especially accommodating. They have nice chairs to sit in while waiting for my husband in the dressing rooms. When they don't have his size on the floor, they always check the stock room and when they don't have it they always offer free delivery service.”
“Yup, it's a box lunch, this location feels more cramped then it's sister stores in other malls across the state(s) but they do carry a large selection of items from toys to appeal to utensils like ramen bowls. Staff is very nice, store is very clean if not a little cramped, I wouldn't call it cluttered but everything is packed right into this store”

He was extremely kind and professional and showed me the perfect suit with the best deals and helped me pick out some great accessories. “I had a bit of a confusing checkout experience today at TJ Maxx/HomeGoods due to a payment mix-up at the register. I asked if I could split my payment in half, and although the cashier was kind and tried to help, the drawer opened unexpectedly and things became a little confusing. At one point, it felt overwhelming because I wasn’t sure why I was being asked to pay multiple times.
That said, the manager quickly stepped in, handled everything with patience and professionalism, and made sure everything was corrected. They took the time to explain what happened and reassured me throughout the process. In the end, everything was resolved, and they even went above and beyond by gifting me a gift card, which was incredibly kind and appreciated.
Mistakes happen, but the way the team handled the situation really showed excellent customer service. I left feeling taken care of and grateful for their help. Thank you to the staff for turning a stressful moment into a positive experience!”
“Kevin saved the day. I decided to visit this store last Friday and called before I headed out since it was a 1:30 drive one way. Everything was confirmed--including the products I wanted in stock. Upon my arrival, a problem caused the store to close early. I was mad as Hell. But instead of just pitching a fit, I called the next day and talked to the manager--Kevin. Kevin sympathized and apologized and answered my questions. I made my purchase over the phone including free shipping and a discount for being put out. 5.11 could have lost a customer for life, but Kevin saved the day. I hope they appreciate the time and effort he put into making one customer happy. Thanks Kevin!”

Since using Trey the first time, I've tried two other professionals in the Atlanta area -- both of which truly pale in comparison to Custom Clothing of Atlanta. Understanding this, it is easy to see why they have been in business for decades. Each time I have come by, I've never felt pressured or forced into something that I wasn't interested in. While tailored clothing certainly isn't inexpensive, I feel that it is a worthy investment and something that will last as long as you want it to. Trey's prices are not cheap, but they aren't the most expensive on the market either. If you are in the market for a new tailor, start with Trey. His follow up is impeccable, he has tactful recommendations and doesn't force your hand into anything you are comfortable with. 5/5 will come back for more.-Nicolas”
