Great discovery questions about the bedding we were seeking from Sleep Expert, Bryant. He made suggestions and displayed in depth product knowledge of multiple brands of bedding. We returned to the store after looking at several other mattress stores and felt Bryant did the best job helping us with options and giving us a first class customer service experience! Great place to see wide variety of choices! Appreciated his patience as we weighed our options and purchased!

I had a great experience purchasing a new mattress with adjustable base today. Alejandro provided excellent customer service. He was very detail oriented and explained which mattress would be best for me as a side sleeper. I am excited to receive my new mattress with adjustable base.
