I’ve been with Luka Cline for four years at least and have used my roadside assistance 4 times during that period. I just got a notice that they are canceling my roadside assistance because I used it!?!! What is it for then?? So after getting off the phone, I called and got a quote that was less than half what I’ve been paying through them anyway. Bye ?

I was connected to Halle Allen @ the Luka Cline State Farm office. I explained that I had a "personal" situation going on and needed to try to get auto coverage for 2 vehicles, 2 Teen drivers and that I had a 3 yr. old accident and ticket within a day or two. When trying to come up with a solution to my situation, we had several calls and emails going back and forth. She listened thoroughly, gave quick responses, multiple options, looked for ways to give me the best coverage options, and suggestions to help get me the most available insurance coverage at the best available rate, until my accident and ticket roll off. Her follow-up was quick. Her Customer Service was great!

Halle was so helpful and responsive with helping me get new car insurance and renters insurance. She was very professional and knowledgeable on policy details. She even sent me options regarding life insurance as well just for me to have options if I choose to change and update my life insurance!

I used to have Michael, but unfortunately he no longer works there so, On February 1, 2024, I was assisted by Abbey, I have a printout of my original bill. However, on Feb. 1, Ms Abbey, took my payment for six months and we discussed that I was paying for 6 months and will pay the other in July 2024. After they took the payment, I received another bill, that was generated on Feb 4th, for additional money it showed that my insurance had doubled and I owed an additional $1,352. WHAT!! This can’t be true! According to my printout I paid for six months. I feel that because I paid the six month immediately they doubled the amount. I have not had any accidents, tickets or claims since I have been with this company. When I complained to Abbey with my concern, she was worried and asking, if I had the email that was sent out in December (I told her no, but, in fact I had a print out of the original six month bill. I do not want to work with Abbey any more, I made a call and had a new insurance company within 15 minutes and will pay a few dollars less than what was originally paid Feb 1st for six months. I cancelled State Farm insurance with the effective date of February 28th, I will no longer be with this company. I am prepared with documentation, if they don’t properly refund my money with the correct amount. In regards to Abbey she lost a client.

Halle! I cannot say enough nice things about her. She has went over and beyond to answer my questions and find the best rate for, not just my husband and myself, but our young driver as well.It doesn't matter how many questions I had or how many times I had her rework a policy, she did it with a smile in her voice and was always quick to remind me that she didn't mind helping.She is a gem! She is one of the biggest reasons we stayed with Stare Farm for our young driver.

Luka owns the building his office is in. He agreed to lease a suite to me back in October for March 1st when the current tenants lease was up. I had a complete knee replacement and was out of work until January 16th. He was aware of this. I called him this week to get the exact moving date so I could have flooring installed and painting done before moving my office to his and to finalize the paperwork. He then tells me he leased it to someone else!! I guess a handshake and commitment does not mean the same to him as it did to me. Back then I even offered the down payment to hold the suite and he told me that would not be necessary. He never called me to get the lease signed sooner or that someone else was interested. Today my search starts again but never again with Luka.
