I always buy 3-4 e-cigarettes here. No one told me to check here and see if it's broken or not. When I got home and checked, one was defective and didn't work. When I went to exchange it, they told me to buy it again because they would give me a 50% discount on the unfriendly service. I don't think I'll ever go to a shop like this that treats me as if I brought something broken. It's a waste of one star. I regret selling things at your store for $60-$100 per month.They even treat me as a liar!! I only replaced 1 defective item out of 3, and your employee got angry because he refused to replace the defective item unless he paid me 50%. Do you guys think turning a customer into a liar would help? I even recorded it just in case!!

Lowest Dispo prices I’ve ever seen. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Customer service is great when trying to solve issues and the selection is pretty solid as well

I stopped in and bought a MOD today. This place was very nice to be in. So many other shops are very "seedy" looking. I really wish I would have asked the guys name behind the counter. He was extremely helpful and helped me noodle out a decision quickly and comfortably, and he seemed confident in what he was saying. I'm not a first time buyer but I do think I found my "go-to" store. Thanks a bunch!

I have been a long time loyal customer to ALL of the Lions Vape locations. Karan has done a wonderful job on this store. There's always what you might be looking for in stock. The juice selection is phenomenal, there's always great devices on display, and they ALWAYS have the pods or coils I made be looking for. The employees might not always be as precise, but it is a vape store. As someone who has watched vape culture evolve from massive box mods to disposables, there's definitely a lot to take in for them, but I always get top notch customer service and they always make my time in the store a great experience. It's too bad I'll be moving away soon, but I will always stop in and grab a disposable when I'm in town. Thank you for the many years of service and most definitely the years to come!
