Horrible experience. First you can’t even tell who is actually working in the store. Then they were so rude, no one greeted me and walked around the whole store and actually saw things that I would like to purchase. The customer service was so horrible I just left the store.

Nice stuff, typically overpriced. Not a lot of variation from year to year. Staff not particularly helpful and a little uppity in attitude.

I traveled from St Augustine FL to northern GA and had to make a stop at this store on the way after following on Instagram for about a year. Not only is the new store stunning (I walked through many times), the product selection is overwhelming in the best way, and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Zoey and Kristen were both stand outs, and I wish I could remember the other gals name to give her a shout out as well. It was clear she had been there a long time as she was putting out new stock and was aware of previous products and items they had had in the past. Overall a great experience, and I'm glad that I made the detour. I will absolutely be back!

Spend your money elsewhere! No greeting, no smiles — worst customer service in Roswell. I really wanted to to like this place but their unfriendliness was shocking. IDK why they were so rude. We looked put together. We’ve never experienced that treatment.

I bought a few dresses and a shirt from this co Linen & Flax, a couple were returnable but the rest were final sale. I have never bought from this company before, and liked their clothes on IG so went ahead and made the purchase, knowing my size felt good about ordering my correct size. Upon receiving the items, every single one of the clothing did not fit, either too small or too large, and they were all a size M , which is what size I am. I tried to return them, but was told that they will not authorize my return because it was final sale items and did not want to work with me, but told me to sell them on ebay, etc. Who does that? I will never order from this company again, all their advertising seems false to me. Beware ordering from this company.

I wish I could recommend them, as I try to support local Roswell businesses, but I feel I need to share my experience.I walked by the store this past January and saw a dining table I wanted to purchase. They encouraged me to let them sell me a new one, rather than getting the one off the floor which was covered in tabletop items they had for sale and would need to be placed somewhere else. They pointed out that a new one would be free of any scratches, and because they had one in their warehouse, it would only take a few weeks to receive. I agreed, and they charged my credit card for the full amount.A week goes by, and they notify me I need to sign an order form before they can submit the order. The order form indicates it will take 10-12 WEEKS for the table to arrive. I understand that many furniture orders are taking a while to process because of the recent pandemic, but what about the one they said was in their warehouse? I should have just walked away at that point, but I decided to be patient and stuck with the order.17 weeks later I haven’t heard a word about the status of the order. I requested that they cancel it and refund my money. They refused, stating that there are no refunds on “special orders”. To be clear: they did not state at the time they charged my credit card - and nowhere on the form does it state - that the table was non-refundable; only that CUSTOM orders are not refundable. The staff has always been upfront that ordering an upholstery item in a particular fabric would be considered custom and therefore non-refundable, which is completely reasonable. But there is NOTHING CUSTOM about this order. The table I ordered was exactly like the one on the floor I intended to buy in the first place and was presumably already sitting in their warehouse.In my experience, they have shown poor customer service and poor handling of a straightforward transaction. I opted to purchase through L&F because I want to support a local business. But regrettably I can no longer support them and caution other would-be customers to seriously pay attention to my experience and those of other reviewers before giving them your business.

Went to this cute home store recently for the first time and purchased some items. Loved the store, but the two girls at the desk were snobbish. They ignored me and couldn’t have appeared less enthusiastic when I tried to talk to them upon entering the store. As I was checking out and complimenting their store (thank goodness they didn’t own it), I casually mentioned I lived in Alpharetta and didn’t come this way often, but would be back. One girl said to the other, “oh, Alpha-better?!” In a snarky tone. The other one replied, “no thanks, I’ll stick to Roswell.” Thanks for a great experience ladies!

I was the only one in the store wearing a mask, and the only one that apparently didn't know the people working there. I was clearly in everyone's way. If you are looking for home furnishings in the color white/off-white, then you will have a great selection here, as that is their entire inventory.

They have a couple of locations to choose from, the home store is a welcome change from the big box stores where you can buy anything but have no idea how to place it in your home. Just the way they showcase the products provides the extra incentive to make you want to purchase things. Awesome employees that provide service with a smile. We'll definitely be back soon.

Every time I walk in to my newly renovated Master Bathroom I say “it is so pretty”! Thank you Kalyn and Chaz! The entire process was so wonderful. Kalyn was most attentive to every detail. She was always in-tune to what I was thinking. I was impressed with her constant desire to always “get it right”. No detail or change was every an issue. The entire Linen & Flax team was a pleasure to work with. I look forward to my next project!

Was going to buy 2 very expensive lamps until I realized how much I much I didn’t like the people that worked there. Won’t be going back!
