I received a call from Blaine at Kelsey Cline State Farm and I immediately brushed him off due to me already believing State Farm could not possibly have lower rates then the company I was already with being State Farm have always had higher rates. “I was connected to Halle Allen @ the Luka Cline State Farm office. I explained that I had a "personal" situation going on and needed to try to get auto coverage for 2 vehicles, 2 Teen drivers and that I had a 3 yr. old accident and ticket within a day or two. When trying to come up with a solution to my situation, we had several calls and emails going back and forth.
