THE WORSE experience I've ever had in my life! My car had minor front bumper damage due to an accident. my car was taken to L&g initially through a dealership I trusted would pick a good body shop for my car. First off my cameras on my car aren't working and I'm wondering why and it's because ALL of my front sensors have been painted over ALL of them! My Range Rover is 2 years old and they've completely ruined it! The first time I went to go and pick my cat up it was terrible! it was sent back to L&g to fix the mess that they created and the second time was even worse! at that point I asked for a direct contact for L&g so I can speak to them directly. I took my car to l&g and spoke with one of the owners. he advised me that the dealership that sent my car over to them told them to take the cheapest route possible which was $550. I expressed to the owner that I don't care what the price is and to do it the right way this time. he reassured me that he would do everything the right way. the new estimate was $2,860. when I went to pick my car up for the THIRD time, it STILL wasn't done right. the owner told me that his work is only 90% (that was never disclosed to me at first) This time the owner told me he himself would be fixing my car ( I would've thought that would've been the solution after the first time taking my car back) I received a text the day before I went to pick my vehicle up to bring cash only because their bank systems were down. It was a lie! I refused to bring almost $3,000 worth of cash and insisted on paying by card. I then received a text to bring half cash and I could pay the other half by card. I refused to do that as well. There were new scrapes, dings, and scratches on my car, my cameras around my vehicles aren't working I'm guessing they got paint or overspray on them and didn't clean them up. I had even more scrapes and dings on my car. not only that, my car is FILTHY and full of dust. you'd think they'd clean up the mess that THEY created. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE!

Did a great job for me at a fair price. Car had a serious dent on the front right quarter panel and I didnt want to go through insurance. They did a quality job I would definitely recommend

I took my car in to have some fender damage repaired during the holidays and am very pleased with the results! The damage was fixed in a timely manner (just in time for New Year's), and both the interior and exterior of the car were cleaned. Staff was also very friendly and professional. Gave my Car for door replacement and dent removal on car body. They kept changing their timeline. Finally when car is delivered to me, it has transmission damaged, gas cap was broken and pain stains everywhere inside of my car. When I reported it, they were very unprofessional and never paid attention. All the guy told was “ we can do it” like he is doing me a favor. No, your guys messed up my car and you have to fix it. I will be reporting this business for the damage done to my car.Edit: This place has previously worked on my lexus Is car and they did the job that’s why I was happy to give them my Infiniti. I have proofs that I will attach to my review if the business owner disputes my review.

Avoid this place at all costs. They messed up my G35. Frankly it was in better condition before I gave these guys to repair. My car's transmission is damaged, gas cap is broken apart and there are paint stains all over my car interior.After reporting it to the owner, all i got was " ok come here we fix" . Dude, your guys messed my car and it is my job to bring the car and leave it and rent a car? Why dis you charge me money then? Isnt your job to do the work and take any responsibility of mistakes? I will be reporting this business to the concerned authorities and also BBB. I have previously given my Lexus IS car for some body work. I will attach proofs if the owner disputes my review or doesn't offer to fix my car.

I had my high end car painted here - worst nightmare of my life. The first time they painted the front clip they took nothing off the car, so there were paint drips and overall it was a horrible job. I gave them one last try to make it right and it came out worst the second time as they painted a quarter panel that wasn't suppose to be painted. It was so bad the paint was peeling when I picked it up. Gerald went back and forth and decided to just pay for the damage but not the original work. My car is still at trusted shop now and they are finding new things they broke that I just couldn't see. Stay away from this shop at all possible. I wouldn't let them work on any car, even it it was free.
