The reality might be actual incompetence and unqualified leadership, but I’ll offer the benefit of the doubt and call it weaponized incompetence at the very least. There should be no way that there are several managers present, but a job as simple as processing a transaction from the money center is unable to be done because one associate is “on break”. From my understanding, a Manager on Duty should be trained to fill every position in the store. If an entire department cannot operate in one person’s absence, I think there ought to be some systematic changes to lend to a smoother-running operation.

I needed to pick up a prescription and I thought the pharmacy closed at 6 PM, but they were closed and I couldn't find any posted hours around the pharmacy.One constant problem I have is entering the store through the checkout aisles. Kroger is the only grocery store I know of that chains off their unused checkout aisles.Today I was looking for Silk organic unsweetened almond milk and I couldn't find it or Almond Breeze or Kroger brand. There was only one brand for over twice the price.Part of the store smelled like urine today which is not usual. It was on the canned food aisle. It was the first time in several years.Do better Kroger.

I don't appreciate the nasty counter at the meat and seafood, and deli department. Everything looks unkept, and unhygienic, especially the glass. Is it too much of a problem to clean that? Also the meat department cannot cut any meat you want. They're untrained to do simple tasks.

I have gone to this Kroger for over ten years and recently have been to this Kroger multiple times wasting a lot of money on spoiled food. A supervisor named Sonya was so rude and disrespectful at customer service it was embarrassing for the store. She then called her manager MARSHELLE and she wasn't as rude but all she did was stand there and monitor her employee who took over 30 minutes to return a few items. I will never be back. The food their is spoiled and more than half the time I have to throw it away. This was the first time I went back to return meat that was bad, fruit that was moldy, and frozen items that were stale. I was there on a Saturday and no wonder there were no customers. It's sad because this Kroger used to be okay. No wonder their store rating is a 2.5. They need to get it together. The gentleman in the parking lot that worked there saw I was frustrated and he was the only nice employee I interacted with unfortunately he said he's worked there for 41 years and he was getting the carts. Give him a raise. Smh

Kroger pharmacy at 2300 Holcomb Bridge is and has always been the best place for all my pharmacy need. Debbie and all the others are always the most helpful and courteous people. Will always go to them for any questions or advise want to say thank you very much

I have been shopping in this store over 10 years. I always find what I want. I get my food delivered since I need knee replacement and back issues. The customer service is courteous and friendly. They are calm even when I have to return something and there is a line. They are good people.

Last night 9/5/2023 I went with my son to grab one item and the doors were already locked @10:40pm please help me understand why they are locked when the store closing hours say 11pm. I even knocked on the glass and was ignored with the guys back to me. I don't know his full name but I know it begins with b the initial "E". There were 4 other people that had come after my arrival that were trying to buy last minute and one gentleman said he only had one item as well to purchase. It's really sad and upsetting that this employee took it upon himself to do his choice of store hours. It's going to end up costing Kroger money on the opposite end. I really wish Jim was working nights because he would be so kind no matter if it was last minute shipping or not. I must admit he is missed by many vs the new nighttime guy with the initial "E" Please Please put Jim back on nights as the new guy sucks and ignores people.

I have noticed a significant issue with Kroger’s management that has been causing frustration during my shopping experiences. The problem lies in their failure to update the offers in their system when customers go to pay.As a regular shopper at Kroger, I expect to see the advertised discounts and promotions reflected accurately during the checkout process.

This is the closest Kroger to my house but I think we’re gonna start going somewhere else. Some employees can be rude, specifically the manager Sonia. She is extremely rude, my family has never had a good experience with her. She has a constant attitude, she told my dad she didn’t have time to help him at customer service, and I tried asking her a question and she didn’t even look at me, instead she walked away and said she had to do something else. Today my dad and I went to checkout and as we were putting the items on the conveyer belt, she turned off the checkout light and when majority of our items were already on there, she rudely told us we had to checkout somewhere else.
