It is a very well-stocked supermarket, good prices and good service.

They only had three scooters and none of them worked. I had to hobble around the store. So embarrassing.

Often very difficult to find items and the way the store has been revamped isles are packed so high with products that it is often extremely challenging to find items within the mass quantities of other items all jam packed together. I spend more time standing in one spot looking and looking and looking. In addition while some of the staff are friendly and helpful, others are negative, unhelpful and overly involved in conversations with each other and completely oblivious of those asking for help, I have been going to "stinky" Kroger for many years, and while the location is convenient, my frustration level is so high now that I will be making a change to another grocery store. I have had enough!

Nivi locked me out at 10:56pm saying that this Kroger closers at 10:50. So why did I drive here thinking that Kroger is open till 11pm? Because they posted on their door open till 11. She has horrible customer service anyway, so skip this Kroger people. You deserve better! Much love

Poor Customer Service.. none of the staff ever smiles or is pleasant.. they never seem like they like working at Krogers. Kroger needs to take serious lessons from Publix !

I’m getting tired of always having to use self checkout. It’s fine when I have a few items but it gets pretty annoying when you have a full cart of groceries. The self checkout registers always have some type of issue. It’s also annoying having the staff looking over your shoulder the whole time while you’re doing it.I know it’s more cost efficient to make the customers do your job for you but it’s frustrating from a customer POV. It’d be nice if at least one register was always open. And don’t try to tell me self checkout is so I can check out faster and have a better experience. It’s not. It’s annoying. I’d be willing to wait a few extra minutes in a line.I’m starting to go to Publix that’s out of my way and more expensive just so I don’t have to deal with it.

All of a sudden closed before 11pm? I had to run to the store for some quick and at 10:50pm the door was locked.

No problems with staff or management. But I've found that their selection surprisingly less in some areas. They're consistently out of things that another Kroger just a couple miles away has consistently stocked. Although it is closer to me, we go to another one since it will have what we need.

Tennile is absolutely Wonderful! She always greets me with a smile and is so pleasant. She does a great job with my pick up services. It’s rare today to find someone who cares and does quality work. If you see this , please keep up the amazing work. Kroger you have an amazing staff!!!!

Pretty solid Kroger. Some gruff people in the meat department sometimes and the cashiers are a little tough, but the clientele is better than most and it is fairly convenient for us. Always plenty of parking and really good dry cleaner, Mexican joint and hibachi place nearby. Also a Starbucks.

Used to be great. People are still awesome, but the quality of the experience has been going downhill fast. Seems like new management with goals to optimize every inch of floor space with product. Publix worth the extra few minute drive.

I had a sad experience at this Kroger yesterday. As I am a person that is unfortunately handicapped and bound to a wheelchair for over six months now, it was beyond disturbing. Rachel was checking me out. My son went to the bathroom quickly. I started unloading the cart and she asked "is someone coming back to help you?". I said yes that my son went quickly to the bathroom. As she was standing with 2 other people I had to ask for someone to help me get everything. She should have offered. Then Rachel asked me to move so they could get the cart through. It was the way she said it. Condescending. I moved, then she asked me to roll back around and pay. The cart was in my way. I was embarrassed. People were looking. I told her my son had my credit cards and asked if one of the boys would get him. She was caddy, trite and just rude. She said she would have to suspend my order to help the next person. This Kroger is NOT busy. I rolled to the bathroom and was about to cry and asked my son to come quickly. I had said his name to her several times. When he came out she smiled and said Hi Henry. You see my son is a HS student who works there. He paid and by this time I was crying. As a strong woman learning to stay strong in a world with a disability I told her "you are not a nice person and you were mean to me". She raised her voice and said, I am a VERY sweet person! I just replied "No, you are not." If you have to tell someone you are sweet that says a lot. My son was worried and my husband emailed corporate. I don't cry often. I spoke with a manager this morning. They are going to speak with her tomorrow. Let me just say I am great about giving awesome compliments and rarely complain. Rachel is NOT kind. I've decided to pray for her and ask that she has a heart full of love for all, which includes those that are disabled. Just hope you are not in her checkout line. She might just ruin your day. I could tell she was embarrassed once she saw my son, but the damage was done. Message here: Be kind to one another.
