Often very difficult to find items and the way the store has been revamped isles are packed so high with products that it is often extremely challenging to find items within the mass quantities of other items all jam packed together. I spend more time standing in one spot looking and looking and looking. In addition while some of the staff are friendly and helpful, others are negative, unhelpful and overly involved in conversations with each other and completely oblivious of those asking for help, I have been going to "stinky" Kroger for many years, and while the location is convenient, my frustration level is so high now that I will be making a change to another grocery store. I have had enough!

Nivi locked me out at 10:56pm saying that this Kroger closers at 10:50. So why did I drive here thinking that Kroger is open till 11pm? Because they posted on their door open till 11. She has horrible customer service anyway, so skip this Kroger people. You deserve better! Much love

Some of the staff here really seem to hate their jobs. They open at 10:00 and I called at 10:05 and respectfully attempted to fill a prescription that my doc sent in the night prior. Her response in a very irritated voice: “well we just opened at 10:00.” Not sure why that response was necessary. The whole call she acted annoyed that I was calling to fill a prescription. She then proceeded to tell me my prescription got sent to a different pharmacy and that I would need to call that pharmacy to get them to release the med before I can get it filled there. I say okay and call the other Kroger, only for that pharmacist to say “Oh, normally she should be the one to contact us. She shouldn’t have asked you to do that.” It’s such a mixed bag at this pharmacy. A couple of the staff are super friendly but I am almost kind of sad for this particular representative because she really did seem like she hates her job and her customers with a passion.

I had a sad experience at this Kroger yesterday. As I am a person that is unfortunately handicapped and bound to a wheelchair for over six months now, it was beyond disturbing. Rachel was checking me out. My son went to the bathroom quickly. I started unloading the cart and she asked "is someone coming back to help you?". I said yes that my son went quickly to the bathroom. As she was standing with 2 other people I had to ask for someone to help me get everything. She should have offered. Then Rachel asked me to move so they could get the cart through. It was the way she said it. Condescending. I moved, then she asked me to roll back around and pay. The cart was in my way. I was embarrassed. People were looking. I told her my son had my credit cards and asked if one of the boys would get him. She was caddy, trite and just rude. She said she would have to suspend my order to help the next person. This Kroger is NOT busy. I rolled to the bathroom and was about to cry and asked my son to come quickly. I had said his name to her several times. When he came out she smiled and said Hi Henry. You see my son is a HS student who works there. He paid and by this time I was crying. As a strong woman learning to stay strong in a world with a disability I told her "you are not a nice person and you were mean to me". She raised her voice and said, I am a VERY sweet person! I just replied "No, you are not." If you have to tell someone you are sweet that says a lot. My son was worried and my husband emailed corporate. I don't cry often. I spoke with a manager this morning. They are going to speak with her tomorrow. Let me just say I am great about giving awesome compliments and rarely complain. Rachel is NOT kind. I've decided to pray for her and ask that she has a heart full of love for all, which includes those that are disabled. Just hope you are not in her checkout line. She might just ruin your day. I could tell she was embarrassed once she saw my son, but the damage was done. Message here: Be kind to one another.

Just go to Publix. First visit - Bagger ripped a orange-size hole in the bottom of my reusable bag and didn't offer to throw the products into another bag to prevent them from falling out the bottom or provide some tape for a temporary fix.

I had a good shopping experience today and then I got to the cashiers and there were two open: one with someone else in it checking out and one empty where cashier Beverly was working. This lady has been moody in the past with me for total unknown reasons - literally I've only said five words to her like hi, thanks, etc. yet every time I get in her line she is in a bad mood. I nearly went in the other line, but because I needed to get home I gave Beverly another chance. Right when I get up to her she audibly sighs and doesn't greet me, just looks at her bagger like she's annoyed because I have a full cart. Then I asked her not to bag a bunch of big items and she gives me attitude. I'm not finished unloading my cart and she's complaining to the bagger that her belt is getting all full because I'm too slow unloading for her. Get another cart then. Be the solution, not the problem. Beverly then makes a comment to her bagger that people come in hungry and usually don't buy everything they're getting. I place some beets on the conveyer and she again audibly sighs, I don't know because maybe the greens of them were getting her belt wet. They were bagged though - not much I could do about that. She was just in a foul mood the whole time. When was sh*t talking me to her bagger about being too slow for her I actually just looked at her and shook my head in disbelief. So I think she tried to make up for it in the end by being sweet as molasses with her "have a good days" but the damage was done. Luckily we live in grocery storeland and the area has a lot more choices - because I will not be back to this place.

It wasn't the worst experience but the employees straight up need a attitude check. I have to treat customers well all day at my job, so why the hell would these employees be as rude as they were to me? Not cool. Definitely not coming back after coming here for over a year.
