I wanted to thank you for your excellent service. I came in just before closing on Friday for a consultation about a "diamond" my son found on the street. The owner was friendly, attentive, and explained it was actually glass. Thank you for taking the time to educate us.

I would HIGHLY recommend this store. The owner is amazing! Very honest and fair. They give free cleanings and consultations. All work is done on the premises so they don't have to charge as much. They were courteous and on time with delivery. The store is somewhat hidden in this strip mall, but don't miss it. It's right by UPS. 2 thumbs up and 5 stars, for sure!

A horrible experience! My fiancé and I went into K1 Jewelry after reading good reviews. I imagine they must have paid family members to write those reviews because we had a terrible experience!! The staff members, especially someone named Mehran, were rude and seemed like they were not interested in finding out what we were looking for. They pushed the most expensive rings on us and when we said they were out of our price range they totally lost interest in us. We were hoping for a fun, uplifting experience choosing a ring, but we left feeling very sad and disappointed!

Had an amazing experience with this local jeweler. They worked super-fast, and the cost of service was very reasonable. I purchased a ring from an online vendor that was causing me clothes-snagging drama because its edges were too pointy.Miron @ K1 gave me great advice & knew his stuff about jewelry. He was able to work with the material of my ring & fix it precisely as we agreed despite a crazy schedule.Really appreciate the expertise, awesome service, and quality turn-around.

This jeweler is a gem-Pun INTENDED!! The owner, Mehran does absolutely AMAZING work!!If you have a design in mind for any kind of jewelry Mehran can make it happen! He created the perfect engagement and wedding ring for us just by telling him what we wanted. AND he does a FREE cleaning for us once a year.While I was waiting and getting my ring cleaned, I was looking at the display cases. He really has one of a kind pieces there. I liked a few rings. My husband went there after I mentioned getting my ring cleaned. Mehran remembered which rings I was looking at and told my husband which one I seemed to like the most!!! He surprised me with it on Christmas ♥️Not only does Mehran do outstanding work but truly wants to make his customers so happy.

GO HERE GO HERE!! Mehran is the man! He listened to what I was looking for in an engagement ring and delivered! He even ordered in sapphires for me to browse through to find the perfect one! Customer service is exceptional! My Fiance absolutely LOVES IT! He was far lower than anyone else and kept to my budget which was really nice!!

I stopped by the store and met the owner, Mehran. He listened to what I wanted to do with a ring I brought him. He found me an excellent quality ruby to replace the center stone with. The ring was more beautiful than I expected. Mehran was very nice to deal with and has a great personality. I feel like he genuinely cares about his clients. He will be my go-to jeweler from now on. Also, his store has high quality merchandise of all kinds and if you don’t see something you like he will design it for you

I had a great experience at K-1 Jewlery! They were very polite and helpful! The location can be confusing to find, but it is three door down from the Dollar Tree that is next to the big Movie Tavern theatre. It is kind of tucked away, but it’s there so don’t miss it!

I am at a loss of words with this beautiful ring! My husband had an anniversary gift created for me, and I am so amazed at the detail that Mr. Mehran put into this piece! It started as just a gemstone, and now It's beyond what I imagined it would be! If you are looking for someone who's an expert at their craft to create a one of kind piece for you, Mr. Mehran is one of the most professional jewelers that I've ever met. I love my ring, and any time that I can recommend Mr. Mehran at K1 Jewelers, I do!

Great jeweler!! My watch broke on a recent trip and after five minutes of looking it over they were able to fix it on the spot. The top case had broken off when my watch fell from the counter. Works good as new. They also have an fantastic watch collection if you’re in the market.

We wish we had never found this place. We were simply looking for a jeweler to set a center stone for us. After reading reviews on Yelp, we took it to K-1 and met with Mehran, the owner. He explained that he would try to set it in our setting, and if he couldn't we would have to change the head, no problem. We left the center stone and both rings (the wedding set) with him. He was going to clean/polish them (he specifically mentioned it would remove surface scratches) and also check the prongs/settings at the same time. He was busy, no problem, we waited patiently- and then received a call about 2 weeks later that it was ready. Mehran told my husband we needed to make sure it was insured, just in case, when he went in to pick it up. In addition to inspections by him. He left with it, after Mehran assured him that he had spent many, many additional hours working on it. A few days later, I tried it on and my son (who has better vision than me!) said something looked off with one of the stones. I took it to a large jeweler that someone recommended. He allowed us to look at it under a loupe- this particular side stone and 2 others were loose, and we could see that a few of the prongs weren't even holding the stones in place! I couldn't believe it. Furthermore, the center stone that Mehran had set was not even straight, under the loupe you could tell was not done properly. It wasn't cleaned/polished either, as there were many scratches all over. I was shocked and not happy, as any one of those stones could have fallen out at any time. We spent good money with Mehran and couldn't go back to him, as we no longer trusted him- especially with something so special and valuable as our wedding set. I had to let others know about our experience so no one else is taken by him. Now we have to save up and spend more money, and find someone else to do this all over again. So disappointing. Maybe he can do watch repairs, but please don't trust him with anything more unless you want to risk losing your precious jewelry like we almost did.

I came into have a pewter pendant fixed. He informed me that pewter is very difficult to fix because it is such as soft metal, but he would try anyways. However, lo and behold, he worked his magic and came back out with it fixed and even put it back on my chain and soldered the ring attaching the pendant to the chain. He did all of this free of charge and refused my money. Outstanding customer service and even more outstanding skill to fix my pewter pendant. I cannot be more grateful because the cross pendant is very special to me because my brother gave it to me after my communication as he had bought himself a matching one, so I am very glad he could restore it, while also giving me tips on how to prevent the pendant from breaking again. I have never received better customer service and left the store with a smile on my face.
