Don’t go here! I dropped a bracelet off to be fixed and they told me it would be done in 1 week. They pushed the date back twice. I called today and they said the bracelet will be ready within the hour. I literally just walked up to the store and they decided to close 1 1/2 hour early and I’m standing at the door and they said they called and left me a message that they had to close early (which they did not). They’re in the parking lot getting in the car and my bracelet is inside. I am very disappointed with this company and once I get my bracelet back, I will never go back!!!! Don’t bother going here-it’ll be a waste of time. Terrible service.

This is a wonderful jewelry store. They were super nice when I only needed a ring size to be changed and now recently we used their expertise to repurpose diamonds from an older ring to make two beautiful "new rings". Both rings are spectacular and we can't say enough good things about JWO. Thank you!

Had stone that meant a great deal to me reset. They were absolutely wonderful and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the outcome. It took a bit longer than I expected with the holidays but was so very worth the wait. I will definitely be returning for any other jewelry work or designs that I need done in the future. Would highly recommend JWO!

JWO jewelers is outstanding! I had a custom engagement ring and band made using using my previous engagement ring and smaller diamonds I inherited. Both Heidi and Krist are wonderful to work with from beginning to end. Heidi helped me to narrow down exactly what I was looking for and reassured me, answering all of my questions along the way. Krist designed and executed the pieces flawlessly. Both pieces are stunning!! He is truly an artist and master of his work! I absolutely LOVE my new rings. They are so beautiful that I find myself looking at them all the time. I would not trust anybody else with my jewelry needs. Simply put, they are amazing, kind, and exceptional!

My husband and I went to JWO for my engagement ring and our wedding bands. For my engagement ring, they were able to take my grandmother’s diamond and put it in an amazing setting! We will definitely be going back!

Awesome team. I've gone to JWO for appraisals - both in depth for insurance purposes as well as a review of inheritance jewelery that was costume - just to make sure... They've also designed new jewelry repurposing stones from old pieces. Excellent work!

Just had my wedding ring reconfigured for the 25th anniversary and JWO did an amazing job. Krist offered several options, Heidi guided me through what might not look great and what would look beautiful and the final product is gorgeous. Their prices are reasonable, they are honest and just really great people. I highly recommend them!

I was very fortunate to find this great jeweler. The staff is extremely friendly and responsive to fixing broken jewelry. I have a number of pieces that had broken and they were able to place it back together like brand new!!!

I cannot say enough good things about JWO Jewelers! Heidi & Krist were kind, professional, patient with me (it was my first time doing anything like this), and just an overall joy. They communicated well with me through the whole process of turning some old pieces passed along from my grandmother into new creations that are my style and remind me daily of my grandma.I 100/10 recommend them anytime you need custom jewelry or to choose from the selection they carry in store. Best jeweler in Atlanta! Krist can make anything, literally anything in his shop which is in the store! Heidi will help ensure you pick the perfect ring, bracelet, necklace, whatever you are getting! Quality is far superior to any of the larger stores, prices great, and you get hands on expertise from the jewelry maker!!! We have made many purchases here, they designed a beautiful ring set for my wife (upgraded engagement ring, it was a wow!) and we have had repairs done as well. Love JWO!!!
