Awful customer service. Jeb is never around, so the only one that answers is Gail. Gail is the worst customer service agent that I have ever encountered. She is beyond rude, condensending and just a horrible person to work with.I gave her a pass on the first time we interacted since I thought that maybe she was just having a bad day, but come to find out, the rude attitude from her is a daily thing. She isn't helpful at all, and on our last conversation, actually yelled at me (while I never raised my voice).Don't work with the company. At this point, I would rather pay more for car insurance elsewhere than to deal with Gail ever again.
