I was extremely pleased with my service visit because Mr Cody (Svc Advisor) was very kind and patient answering my multitude of questions! He also has a great sense of humor.
Mr Henderson (Tech) did a great maintenance job on my car!
The wait time is always short too!
Your waiting lounge is very comfortable and the snacks provided are very thoughtful, tasty and I truly appreciate them!

I am very embarrassed that I didn’t submit this last year when it happened but I still have the same feelings.
Now on 8/1O/24 I leased an Acura RDX ASPEC ADVANCE. This is my 3rd time leasing!!
Mr Reggie Hammond and the Finance Mgr were excellent in the smooth transaction. I was very impressed with the add ons in the model. I even got the colors inside and outside the car that I wanted.
My son accompanied me and he was so impressed with the professional yet friendly and fairness of the transaction that he plans to make Jackson Acura his future dealership!
