The service that this company provides has been white glove service, we have use other services and this one has by far surpassed them. They made it easy to get setup and if there were any changes to be made, they were quick to address them. The quality of this service has been beneficial to our business. Intelligent office is professional, great quality and well worth the price. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a company to help with overflow calls and after hours.

Intelligent Office is a great place to rent office or conference room time. It was instrumental in allowing me to open my own law firm, and provided me with a professional address without a lease I couldn't use during the pandemic. My law firm has been using Intelligent Office’s phone answering service for just over two years. Recently, we were being considered for an award that would place us on a list of top criminal defense firms in Atlanta. One criteria they screen for is professionalism. They had a “secret shopper” call my law firm posing as a prospective client and Intelligent Office handled the call. I was not made aware until after the fact when the “secret shopper” contacted me to say that we performed beautifully. The agent for Intelligent Office answered the call on the second ring, they were polite, courteous, and extremely professional. My firm was given an A+ rating for professionalism and Intelligent Office played a large part in making that happen. They provide businesses with with professional answering services and instant scheduling that can be a real advantage when signing up new clients. I did not see this level of service when I worked with their competitor.
