That’s the last time i’ll shop here. I bought a bottle that rang up $55 when the shelf label said 29. I didn’t read the fine print to notice it was the wrong product and their answer was, Sorry, no refunds or exchanges. I had not left the store. I’m SOL. Horrible customer service.

Lazy response when I entered. I was told I could not purchase certain bourbon if I wasn't a loyalty customer. TRY THIS, earn my loyalty and business by not playing this silly allocation game.

Pretty disappointed in the new owners allocation wall. I feel as my points spent with previous owner are going to waste. As they only had 1 decent bottle on the wall today. Was hoping to spend my points on a good wedding bottle to share with the guys, only to be let down with items I can find on store shelves elsewhere.-it wouldn’t let me reply to your response so editing original post.I was looking for a weller 107( as now my wife’s brother has never tried it)I understand allocation release is limited but for what I could obtain with points didn’t equate to money I’ve spent in that store when I lived close by(which I don’t anymore) I would have had to spend a few hundred more bucks just to obtain the weller 107.i think it was 3500 points? I’m at 2900. I know the points program was in place for a reason, to reward members and detour bourbon hunters. But when a loyal customer who has bought - a variety of alcohol from that store not just Bourbon and there is no flexibility for a special event, then it’s not a loyalty program. I’m not using 1500 points on let’s say eagle rare when I can go to several different stores and get it off the regular shelf.

It's got a really legitimate selection and the staff is fantastic. They offer consistently good prices on the products they put on the shelf. If you are an enthusiast I wholeheartedly recommend the rewards program.

Came here once and the cashier was rude because I wanted to use Apple Pay since I didn’t have my card with me. I’ll gladly go out of my way to avoid this business

My experience was Fantastic! I was looking to buy a specific flavored brew which is made by a specific local brewery. I called infinity beverage and the phone was answered promptly. I asked if they carry the brew I’m searching for and was told they do.?I get to the store and shop for it but had a difficult time finding it because I’ve never seen the brewery label before. I asked the counter clerk for help finding it and He brought me right to the shelf I was looking for. Job well done, Thanks. ?

Well I have had nothing but great times and experiences with the staff for the last two years but whoever Thomas is made a comment that was just completely rude and disrespectful for no reason what so ever. Just FYI I do open carry and I have my license to conceal carry as well, just decided to throw it in my holster and open carry today. I walk around the store for a min before selecting a bottle of Vodka and OJ, then proceed to head to the counter and pay for it. We are about half way through the process of checking out and the cashier named Thomas (Went off the receipt) looks down at my pistol and laughs. He then proceeds to lift his shirt and say "see im not scared." Me and my wife laughed it off thinking he was just joking or playing around. Until he said " no but you guys are right?" I'm not scared of anything but I would rather have the protection if needed but I'm not gonna explain myself to some employee. I'm uploading the receipt in hopes that maybe he will be talked to and explained to that he can't just talk to someone like that all because I'm carrying a firearm. Again this is a great business and I've been coming here since my 21st Bday 2 years ago. This was just completely rude. Thank you for your time.
