On the sales side, Chris was great to work with.My 2-month old 2023 Accord has one door that vibrates/rattles, and one rear door that when closed does not sit completely flush with the rear quarter panel. So, I scheduled an 8:45am appointment to get those pronlems looked at. I received a confirmation email with a confirmation number. I arrived 20 minutes early. The service rep told me they wouldn't be able to get to my car until tomorrow. He said the appointment is not an appointment to get work done. It's just an appointment to talk to someone about the problems, or something like that.I won't be going back for service since they don't honor appointments. As for the flaws on my new Accord, I'll probably have to live with them or try to fix them (specifically, the vibration/rattling problem) myself. All in all, I probably won't buy another Honda.

Three stars for aggressive upselling tactics.Rainy Saturday afternoon and my car doesn't start - all the blinking lights on the dash go off! I check the battery and see blue corrosion on one of the terminals. Arrange for a jumpstart and call Honda Carland Service to setup an appointment. Finally get through the automated answering machine who is programmed to push to Monday to a human service rep who, gets a mechanic to agree to change the battery if I can get there by 4:45 PM. I pull up at 5:02 - too late for the mechanic, but the Service Rep is solid and gets me checked for the first appointment Monday AM and springs for the Uber both ways!Monday AM and the Service Rep calls with the verdict - battery replacement. $230 - I agree since I checked online and with Autozone on the average price before arriving at Honda Carland and he sets up the return Uber ride. We were at 5 Star Support up to this point.That's when the upselling starts .... It continues through me reviewing the service report and paying the bill and expands to giving me blatantly false info as he hands over me car key fob.I chalk it up to driving while female, and am thankful I use an honest local mechanic for most of my maintenance.

**UPDATED** The GM and the Used Car Sales Manager made this right, and honored the original price discussed with the original salesman. We picked up the car yesterday. Thank you Kenny & Amir for your assistance and integrity.

I received a recall letter which stated repair would take approximately 15 minutes.I called the nearest service department which was Honda Carland and the man I spoke with said it would actually take about an hour. I thought, Ok, that's not too bad, so I made the appointment.I arrived on time, and was shown to the waiting area. I immediately got a friendly text saying if I had any questions to text back. After an hour I texted that number. No reply at all... After 90 minutes I went and found a service person to ask how much longer it would be. He said 10-15 minutes. It's now been 30 minutes since I asked him and still no car... I ended up waiting over two hours for my car. Had I known about the misleading times I was told, I would have gone to another dealership or gotten a ride home. And still no reply from the initial friendly text.

I've been getting my car serviced at Honda Carland since I purchased it from this dealership in 2017. Today, they lost me as a customer. While I was waiting for my car, I overheard the valet guy saying that my car wouldn't start. I was immediately concerned, because I've never had an issue with starting my car. He proceeded to get jumper cables only to realize that the car was already turned on and he was over starting it. Very odd that a valet person at a car dealership doesn't know when a car is already started. That is the most BASIC function of the job.I tried to discuss my concerns with the valet manager, Connery, and his response was beyond disappointing. Not only did he shift the blame on the valet person, who is his subordinate, but he refused to document what happened, and proceeded to gaslight me by saying valet didn't do anything to my car. In an attempt to embarrass and further gaslight me, he intentionally asked me technical questions about my car, knowing that I would not be able to answer them properly due to my lack of automotive knowledge. Needless to say, I will not be bringing my car back here anymore.

I recently visited Carland Honda dealership with my 11-year-old son, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. As we wandered through the showroom, we were captivated by a stunning blue Honda CRV parked at the center of the hallway. Just as I was admiring the vehicle, a salesman who was about to take a break approached us and offered his assistance. I explained our purpose, and without hesitation, he guided us to the new car lot for a test drive of the new Honda CRV Hybrid. The power and smoothness of the vehicle were truly impressive, with a silent engine startup adding to the appeal.After the test drive, I was convinced that this was the car for me. The dealership also provided a great car loan deal through Honda Financial Services, which was a welcomed convenience. The entire team at Carland Honda displayed a strong understanding of their customers' needs, contributing to a pleasant experience overall.The finance team's meticulous attention to detail while reviewing the documents ensured a seamless paperwork process. The salesman was patient in explaining all the necessary details and handed over the car on the same day, making the transition smooth and hassle-free.Based on my experience, I wholeheartedly recommend Carland Honda dealership to anyone in search of a new vehicle. Their knowledgeable staff, excellent customer service, and attention to detail truly set them apart.

I went to Honda Carland to just test drive a couple of cars for a future purchase. I ended up buying a Honda HRV because of a sales associate Richard. He was very professional, patient and was able to answer all my questions. I felt comfortable with him and Honda Carland immediately. The whole process was smooth and easy. I didnt ever feel like i was being pushed or swayed. The next Honda I buy will be from Carland! Thank you,Robert

The service was excellent from the welcome to the checkout. Information was given during the process allowing us to make decisions as needed with price and options. They were considerate of our time and kept on schedule. Would only go there for service.

I stopped by one morning for an Oil Change. No appointment. Thought I would have to leave, however Eli the Service Advisor took great care of my wife and I. He was able to UBER us home and back for the car. Just great Customer Service. Honest, trust worthy and a professional to do business with. I would consider buying a vehicle from him because of his integrity and honesty. Thank you, Eli!
