We had the very best experience at this hotel. We came to town for a wedding and so we were already anticipating a hectic stay. Greta at the front was beyond one of the best customer service experiences we have ever had. She answered all our concerns and explained things we had questions about. She was sweet, personable, loving and honestly she made us feel like family. She greeted my family at check in with a smile and warm hug ( they all adored her) the rest t of the staff was helpful and kind as well ( Nate and Brooke are who we got to meet as well).

I chose this hotel for my wedding room block for out of town family and friends. I got married married at Primose cottage only 10 minutes from the hotels location. Kevin Drucker and all of the staff were awesome! We also had free shuttle service set up for my guests to and from the wedding venue! The rooms are spacious and clean and the free breakfast was great! Would 100% recommend this hotel! Thank you for a safe and fun wedding weekend stay!

We booked this hotel for a company meet up. Kevin Drucker was able to secure us a block of rooms that were spacious, clean and well appointed. The shuttle service was flexible and we were able to move our people around with no issues. Breakfast was perfect for a grab and go for our early morning start. The front desk staff was friendly and everyone was happy!Noteworthy details: The indoor pool, outdoor grills, Peloton bikes in the fitness center and onsite laundry facilities makes this the PERFECT place to stay!

Wow!! Probably my favorite hotel experience ever. Would love to come back, if I get an excuse to. Awesome staff, immaculately clean and updated decor/furniture, great breakfast, I mean I could honestly go on. When you need a simple but solid hotel, this is it.

We had great time staying here and will definitely stay there again whenever we are in Atlanta. Friendly and accommodating staffs and ever willing to assist. Special shout to Ms. Brooke. Guys look out for Ms. Brooke for she is awesome ?.

After having an issue at another hotel, I ended up here around 12:30am on a Friday night/early Saturday morning. They were able to accommodate me (with no reservation) with no issues. I was given two water bottles at check-in for being a Hilton rewards member. The room was clean. The floor on the sides of the fridge was clean, and the tops of the cabinets/shelves that ran down one side of the room were clean as well. I saw no bugs when I checked the mattress, nor did I see them anywhere else in the room. Breakfast was fairly limited, but grabbed an individually wrapped bagel was good enough for me. The lobby also had individually wrapped green apples sitting out all day, plus coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. I don't think the hotel was sold out when I was there, but I had no issues finding a parking spot and the parking lot was well lit. I tried to sleep in one day, and I could hear the housekeepers talking in the hallway, but I was exhausted enough that it didn't keep me up. The blackout blinds were the most effective blinds I've ever seen. I had to leave them slightly cracked to let some light in the room so I could see in the morning. After a really bad experience at another hotel, I greatly appreciate this Home2 Suites and how I was able to find a safe, comfortable place to stay.

We had an excellent experience at Home 2 Suites! It's truly a great place to stay, especially if you're traveling with pets. The fact that they allow pets made our trip much more enjoyable as our dogs were with us. The room was wonderfully spacious, accommodating both us and our fur babies comfortably. Moreover, being super close to Ameris Bank Amphitheater was a huge plus, making it incredibly convenient for us to attend the concert we traveled in for. We had a fantastic time, and the surrounding area is just delightful. Highly recommended! ??

My family and I have stayed in numerous Home2Suites across the country and this is by far the best one we have stayed at! We recently stayed at the Roswell location for several weeks while waiting for our new home to close. We had a few rooms during the stay and were impressed by the cleanliness of every room.Additionally, the General Manager and staff are so friendly and accommodating. A big thank you to all of them for making a stressful situation a bit easier on us!

Exceptional stay. I wish I had a reason to come back to the area to stay again. Breakfast is the best free breakfast I've ever had at a hotel/motel. Squeaky clean room and very comfy bed. Awesome experience. Greta at the front desk was incredible.

After our first night here I thought this was going to be our new favorite hotel chain, then the toilet overflowed flooding our bathroom. Things happen, not a big deal. It was how the staff treated us that was unacceptable. First, they said there was no one on the property that could fix a toilet because their guy was in Denver and they had no other rooms available to move into so we were SOL. I asked if there was really no one in the hotel that could plunge a toilet? They said they would try and I thanked them. When we returned they said the toilet was fixed but when we walked into the bathroom all of the towels had been used on the flooded floor. And they were left in a sopping mess on the floor. I called down to the front desk and asked if someone could come up to get the soaked towels and replace them with clean ones the woman said, no, they were not allowed to come up to our room! I asked what were were expected to do with no towels and she said I could pick up the toilet water soaked towels and put them outside the room on the (carpeted) floor in the hallway and someone would pick them up the next morning. And that I could come downstairs and pick up new towels at her desk. So for a room that cost $300+ a night I had to haul around toilet water soaked towels, clean the bathroom floor, and go find fresh towels for my family. Horrible customer service and I will never stay or recommend this place to anyone.Response to Home2 - I have talked to someone and....nothing.
