“We recently purchased a ceiling fan from this store. The owner is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of our questions (and we had a ton!)
We had a technical issue with the fan that was the manufacturer's fault. The owner immediately took all the right measures to correct it and not charge us a dime. Definitely a ten out of ten on customer service.
We love supporting small businesses, please take the time to stop here before going to one of the big box stores. They have tons of products and options.
