This hotel is in a great location! However the rooms are very dark, there is mold along the floors around the air conditioner, the fixtures in the bathroom were broken and wobbly, the door to the adjoining room didn’t lock (lock was broken) so I had to push furniture against it so the person in the room next to me couldn’t come in on me and my room was right by the stairs so I heard the doors slamming all hours of the night and couldn’t get any rest! The beds are super comfy though! The hall smelled like marijuana, the side door doesn’t lock so anyone off the streets can come into the hotel at anytime and it was just loud all night. Not one of the best Holiday Inns I’ve stayed at. However service was good.

My niece and I traveled from Connecticut 18 hours and we were so tired. The service we received was amazing and they upgraded our rooms for free. Also they told me check in was at 3pm but they let us in when the room was done at 12pm. I've never had such great service when it came to hotels until now. Luis and Robin were so kind to us and I greatly appreciate the both of them. I'll definitely be back just because I know I'll be in great hands. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I attended an event and forgot an item in the ballroom and a week later I called and explained the situation, they told me they would call me back, supposedly the manager was the one who had to call me but that never happened, so I went directly and he The man at the from desk made a call and then in less than three minutes he returned the call saying that there was nothing and then I asked him to let me in to check in person and the man told me to leave or he would call the police; and I think that for whatever reason those are not the ways to treat a person.

This property was spot on with pretty much everything. This was also the first location where I have seen Priority Club Diamond parking which was a nice benefit.

The room was clean though the fixtures on the sink were wobbly. The breakfast was more or less on par of what you would get from a Holiday Inn Express. My major issue is that they did not enforce quiet hours we had loud partying going on in our area of the hotel for both nights until late. We had our young son with us so it made for a particularly tough weekend with everyone sleep deprived.

The hotel staff at the front desk are incompetent and rude. The side door does not lock so anyone off of the street can walk inside at any hour day and night. Despite confirming they would not charge an early checkout fee, the hotel charged it anyway and was insulting when questioned about it. The hotel room was average, but not worth dealing with the dangerous door situation and morons at the front desk.

Hotel located back behind another hotel. Almost got confused which was which. Toilet paper holder has dent in the wall. Bath tub drain plug missing. The sink is outside the bathroom which is ok. Don't have to wait on someone to come out just to wash your hands. No free continental breakfast. ?

Does NOT have a restaurant, no food here no matter what the app and website say, bar closes at 9, it’s pretty lame. Hotel itself is ok

I stayed over Memorial Day weekend to attend my mother's funeral. I was shocked to return home to find an additional $45 charge on my Amex. I phoned the hotel. I was told I "destroyed" 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels, and 2 washcloths. Considering I used one each and they were left exactly as white as I found them it quite upsetting. I explain I am a 60-year old women that had no other guests, kids, or pets in the room and could assure them not a mark was left on one. I have since email the manager, and written a letter by mail and filled out a IHG survey form. No one has gotten back to me. Additionally, the walls are thin you can hear EVERYTHING in every nearby room. There were tons of boys (baseball) running thru the halls. A noisy wedding with their guests in and out all night. The vending machine did not work and there was a hand-written note to purchase items from the front desk. There really wasn't anything. I went out for a frozen dinner at a store to return to use the kitchen microwave. The microwave was filthy. There was no light on in the kitchen. It was dark. No napkins or cutlery (not even plastic). I found a surly staff member to help. Also, the front desk staff are unfriendly and unhelpful. They also can't be bothered to answer the phone when I called from the store in inquire if they even had a microwave. I normally do not write reviews (good or bad) but the fact that 2 weeks has passed without any response from HI is pretty much the worst customer service for a hotel chain. I can tell you that hotels, even if there was a stained towel left, do not charge $45 to replace one. It is ridiculous. The front desk person that I spoke to to complain about the charge was condescending and rude. He went on to say what fantastic ratings the hotel has and they don't lie and have a 3 manager system in place to inspect linens and towels. He also informed me how luxurious and expensive their linens and towels are....well, they certainly are at a Four Seasons or Ritz Carlton, they are not at a Holiday Inn. I would not recommend this hotel and I will never stay at another HI. It was convenient for the No Springs Station and the funeral home which is the ONLY reason I booked it.

Stayed here Friday and Saturday night with my Niece on separate floor. Attempted to call this hotel direct numerous times throughout Monday prior to ask question while booking, but to no avail. Was forced to book via Third party.“Guillermo” front desk receptionist was extremely rude and unaccommodating.Room was satisfactory aside from staff leaving a dirty towel on the floor, and trash after cleaning Saturday morning that we found upon our return in the evening.Sitting in Lobby on several occasions, I discovered the front desk is rarely occupied. This may explain why our phone inquiry was never answered.Halls very noisy, but given the amount of Indian population staying, there may have been a Wedding.They are charging my Niece an additional $45 for soiling 2 bath towels, a wash cloth and hand towel.Really?We’ll see how that goes.For $170/night I expect better from an Individual representing a Corporation with such a high Standard in the Business of Customer Service.
