The prices are decent and I’ve usually received good customer service at this location.I only rate three stars because they significantly downsized their yarn selection in the past year. There are very few wools and no sock yarns at this location. I was thrilled when they first opened, as at that point they had a more diverse yarn selection, but after my last disappointing trip I don’t think I’ll be back. I had hoped that with winter just a couple weeks away they would have some more wools on the shelves, but it looks like they primarily stock manmade fibers and cotton now. This is more of a shop for cheap seasonal decor than for craft supplies.

I would give this store 0 stars but you have to give at least one to post a review. This store cares more about dogs than customers. My wife and I went there to shop for some things and a woman with two enormous dogs, at least 100 lbs each, was taking up one whole aisle - her dogs had collars and leases, but she had let go of the leashes and the dogs were wandering around the aisle wherever they wanted. These dogs were pets, not service dogs. A service dog must have a harness and it is NOT a pet, it is a working dog. One of these dogs came after my wife and when we told the owner that she should not have her her dogs in the store, , and that at the very least she must have control of them at all times, she was aggressive, rude and dismissive and acted crazy. We found some employees to tell them about the problems and their only answer is that they are following ADA guidelines, which had nothing to do with this situation - since these dogs are pets, not service animals. The employees also did not move from the their places to find out what was happening or if the dogs were creating an issue, they simply could not be bothered to help customers…. I know that stores have a hard time hiring people, but at least they should provide them with some training, and their actions are certainly not what I call customer service. This is the very last time I will visit this, or any other, Hobby Lobby. It is unfortunate for them and for me, I have been a loyal customer up until today. They purport to be be Christian and Family friendly - but it seems to me that they care more for the creature than the Creator.I do not want to shop at a dog park and I certainly don’t want to be accosted by dogs when I am shopping. In case anyone forgets, dogs eat garbage, cat feces, lick their own butts and other dogs butts and roll around in dead animals. I do not want their hair and slobber all over the products I am purchasing, but when you shop at Hobby Lobby that is what you will get, whether you want it or not.

This store cares more about damn dogs that are left uncontrolled by their human owners than they do about actual humans! Christians?? I think not. I was almost bitten by a dog at this store and when I complained to two male employees there, they claimed they were following ADA guidelines. Liars! They didn’t even bother to check if the dogs were actual service dogs. They were two aisles over from where the incident occurred. The woman who owned them acted like a nut, they were not registered service dogs, they were also off their leashes! I happen to be an experienced AKC dog trainer and know my business. This nonsense with stores “accepting” these so called fake service dogs is going to land them in serious trouble. I told those two guys today that if I get bitten, I am suing not only the dog owner, but Hobby Lobby as well. Funny, when I called the police about this incident, they agreed that Hobby Lobby was lying through their teeth about following ADA guidelines. I wish I could give them no star at all but am forced to give them one to leave a review, I hope an innocent child isn’t hurt at this so called Christian store.
