AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU HAVE YOUNG CHILDREN! There was an older lady here cutting hair around 4pm yesterday. She was rude, unprofessional, and cut my sons hair terribly. As they walked in the lady said "what am I going to do with this curly hair" My wife said she was so mean that she was scared to say something. The lady did not even cut his hair, threw her hands up and yelled I'm done. She then made her pay for the haircut.

Doree was WONDERFUL! ???♀️?? She trimmed my 4 year old daughter’s hair and it looks perfect. ? NO WAIT and Doree was very nice too - we will definitely be back. And I was able to use the $10 coupon which helps. Thanks!!! ?

I went in thinking about what I wanted (a haircut slightly shorter than shoulder length) as I sat in the chair, the older woman asked what I would like. As I told her she quickly said no and that, “I would not like the outcome.” Baffled I asked her, “ What do you think would be best?” She then proceeded to cut my hair below shoulder length and left it choppy and my hair unbrushed and unparted. I politely asked he if she would take off any more of the length and she said “No, the haircut is done now. There is nothing more I can do. Lets go so you can pay.” I was a little stunned and confused by that. I quickly paid and left. But I can safely say that, that was the worst haircut experience I have ever had! To sum it up I was rushed, denied the hair length i actually wanted, and left feeling messy and uncomfortable with the haircut i had been given.

Awful. My haircut is so short and we asked them for a trim on the sides and she still cut it so so short. The hairstylist was an older women with highlights in her shoulder length hair. She had no idea what she was doing. It was like watching a kindergartner play with safety scissors. And do not reply to this with your customer service. It never does anything. Edit: I got laughed at in school because of this haircut. Edit 2: If i could've given them zero stars i would've.

Denise was lovely and very patient with me as I described the look I was going for; she delivered impeccably and I love my new hairstyle! Went from a long hair wave to a pixie cut. She gave me tips on styling it and I look forward to trying them out!

Thought I would get a decent haircut but ended up not getting the service I wanted and felt rushed. Also stylist cut/nicked my ear in the process. Never going back.

We are def a nuisance when walking into this location. Most (not all) staff members are extremely moody and not friendly.
